I never remember that they take cash only (not even Zelle) but they have an ATM. This is currently the only tattoo shop in Lake Geneva and being right downtown it's very convenient. We will be back!

Walked in and said we were here for piercing and they said they were too busy for the piercing. There was nobody in the shop and 3-4 staff members standing around saying they were too busy. Poor service and super rude. Not welcoming and super rude. Terrible business for someone located in a busy downtown. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have walked into multiple establishments in way busier towns and had zero problems getting good service. Terrible experience for someone wanting this kind of service. Shameful.

After reaching out to their page and asking about refunding my $100 deposit since my artist wasn't there anymore I was rudely told that because of policy they would not be providing refunds. I was told I could book with a different artist or lose my money. I genuinely do not recommend going here ever. Their space is not kept very clean, the owner is often rude to customers (especially with college kids who provide 90% of their customer base). Their reception team is cold and not flexible. Not to mention the owner takes half of all tattoo sales to line his own pocket. Also, their "best of walworth" award is fake and they cheated to get it. Don't go here unless you want Mediorce tattoos that cost a fortune. These people are not here to give you services, they just want your money.

In a move toward general self-improvement, I decided to up my eyebrow game. The wax-ists at the nail places tend to favor a thinner brow shape than I generally prefer for myself. I have naturally thick brows and what I'm really looking for is a cleaned-up version of my natural shape with the bushiness under control. It was thanks to Yelp that I found Cora. I liked the idea of going to an actual aesthetician since the goal was doing something a little nice for myself every 4-6 weeks. The salon space is small, really in the lower level of a building under a coffee shop. If it weren't for the sign out front I might have missed it. It's not that far from where I live so I'm not making my little ritual into a difficult errand. Cora is really nice and works with my schedule. I do a brow and lip wax and the price is really reasonable. I have gotten so many compliments on my eyebrows, including from people who either haven't seen me in years or don't normally notice eyebrows. Cora doesn't make them too thin or lop off the tail end on the left side like some of the other places were doing. I get to keep my "natural" look but look polished at the same time. I'm really glad I found this place.

Very good at distracting you from the waxing process and the space is calming and nicely decorated. I had never had hard wax used before, but I like it and she works great with it! She is very on point when it comes to appointments (schedule through an app that reminds you via text/email/etc.) which is handy when you're doing it several weeks out in advance. The location (since right in downtown MKE) gets a little bit difficult when it comes to parking sometimes, but is totally manageable. Will be a return client for quite a while!
