But ny daughter got one completed that was started before and Jackie the artist was kind enough to also go over another one that was a bit faded. Both were done quickly and at a reasonable price. I never remember that they take cash only (not even Zelle) but they have an ATM. This is currently the only tattoo shop in Lake Geneva and being right downtown it's very convenient. We will be back!

He likes to bring up his political views which is a hot button and really has no place when you're dealing with customers (PS I really don't care),and also didn't wear a mask while tattooing me and talked about how he "doesn't care" and won't wear one in his shop. Probably won't be back for any more pieces. Not worth the delusional,ignorant republican ramblings,Covid infested germs permeating the air,or sitting around for 30+ plus when I have an appointment. I'm looking for talent AND exceptional customer service. Oh yes - he also talked mad crap about former artists that worked for him(including his current apprentice),other artists in the area (including a few I've been to that honestly are phenomenal artists and people). I would rather he just be quiet and tattoo. His talking and ranting and taking potshots at others really ruins the experience. He doesn't seem to be too quick on the uptake which makes conversation laborious and awkward. He also spends time on personal phone calls or on hold trying to handle some issues with his personal bills and such. Dude do that on your own time(or while you were 30 mins late opening your shop for my appointment). Not worth the trouble.

The piercer said she could not pierce my daughter as she was not 16. Odd sense I had just called. I asked her if this was a state law?! She said yes?! So we came back about an hour or so later and ended up having to still wait a little bit but, they have a large, comfortable, and very clean waiting area! They also have water bottles available to customers, which I think is smart at any tattoo shop. Everyone was super nice. They run the facility very professionally. By the time the piercer got there, he had a few people waiting other than us but was great about taking his time with my friend. Chris was very nice, professional and extremely clean. He made sure to ask my friend what exactly he wanted and it was quick and painless and affordable! I am loyal to my tattoo artist but if I ever needed somewhere new to check out I would definitely go back. I plan on returning to that piercer to get my nose done! So if you're looking for a nearby trustworthy tattoo shop, definitely check them out. I'll share a few pictures of the waiting area. I did not get pictures during the piercing process because it's a pretty small room.

She was extremely professional and kind. Jade made my tattoo experience like no other, I will most definitely be back! Not to mention it felt like we were just girls catching up which is a bonus for an overstimulated mom! The tattoo had also been healing beautifully!
