Update Dec 2025 - My experiences with the service department at Rick Hendrick BMW has always been awesome. Keith, Dustin and Taron were always excellent in ensuring that my vehicle was properly serviced and that I was happy. I had the opportunity to speak with Jared Young, the Service Manager as he checked on me several times, as I noticed he did with several other customers, to be certain we were taken care of and that we were happy with the service we were receiving at the BMW dealership. While I waited for my BMW to be serviced, they provided ample snacks, a Keurig coffee/tea/hot chocolate beverage machine, water, soda, an off side office equipped with a table for you to conduct your business and use your laptop, and a nice lounge with comfortable seating and TV for viewing. When my vehicle was finished being services, the technician sent me a video that not only showed what he accomplished, but what needed to be done. That was really cool to see what he was explaining. If top-notch service with a professional staff and an awesome atmosphere is what you desire, there is no other place to service your needs than Rick Hendricks BMW. Oh, did I mention they provided me with a complimentary car wash?! UPDATE! It is now Sept. 2025 and I'm so in love with my car! Keith Giacobe was my new service guy! He was professional, knowledgable and personable! He made sure I had a loaner (by the way, pleeassseee check out the BMW 2 series--a ton of power packed in an SUV--it actually had a lot of room, especially in the back seats and trunk..a true beauty), he also ensured my car was clean as a whistle inside and out! Awesome service! I previously had Nicole Floegel as my service advisor and she is top knotch awesome as well! UPDATE! It is now July 2024 and I'm still overly excited about my BMW! I have to say that I do not believe I would have so much enjoyment had it not been for the expertise of my service advisor, Taron! He has exceeded in service, courtesy, and professionalism time and time again! The video of my car explaining what the service entailed was super cool! I've overheard Taron speaking with other BMW owners. His candor reminds us all that we are not just customers, but we are apart of the Rick Hendricks "family"! During the test drive he showed me exciting features that I was unaware were included with the BMW X6. James was able to perfectly situate me with building my 2022 X6 xDrive40i with a M Sport package. James also provided information that allowed us to receive a military incentive. When my BMW X6 arrived (did I mention the car only took four weeks to build DURING covid?) we walked into Rick Hendrick BMW with a check issued by NFCU. However, due to the expertise of Alex Greene, the sales manager, and Oliver, the finance guru, we shredded the check and opted to allow Rick Hendricks BMW to finance our vehicle at an awesome rate! As to Trae, where do I start! He is truly the genius brains of the BMW operating system! His knowledge far surpasses all by his ability to explain the functions of any of the BMW models in a way that is easy to understand. I asked a lot of questions and he was a very patient trainer. Trae upgraded his position and is now an outstanding salesman! My service guy is Taron. He is knowledgeable and professional. He keeps me updated on my vehicle and ensures excellent customer service! I would be remiss if I did not mention the receptionists at the entrance into the dealership. While they addressed one of the recalls, I sat in the waiting area. It was comfy and clean. Dropped my 2019 Audi A8L Quattro off for a recent recall in regard to the backup camera being…read morefaulty to pick it up with a sensor light being on that was NOT on prior. To Audi of Charleston telling me it's due to the heightened sensitivity with "new camera" replacing and a paint job THAT I NEVER HAD DONE since owning this car for over 3 years. Recently had my yearly service in Oct/Nov 2025 and there being no issue. Had a factory reset prior to service due to my car glitching and malfunctioning along with paying $600 for a new battery AFTER the factory reset and for my car to still glitch. Reached out to Audi corporate after hearing Audi Charleston tell me the sensor job would be $7500 and they are no better. Customer service is not their strong suit and they refused to help cover the expense. I then received a call yesterday that the warranty department states they would cover half. I'm not willing to cover anything because that would mean I'm accepting responsibility or acknowledgement on something I didn't have knowledge of or was there prior to dropping my car off. My experiences is never good when dealing with Audi and I hate that because this car was a dream car of mines my husband got me. Upon waiting to hear back from corporate I've had to deal with nonchalant calls from one of the workers asking when am I picking up my car as if they don't know what's going on already. As if he's not aware that I told them I'm reaching out and waiting on a response for Audi corporate. I will be getting rid of this car to avoid further dealings with Audi!! And no Audi of Charleston will not get my business!

We bought a 2005 Nissan 350Z Base edition. The car has a clean interior and a nice outward appearance. It also has a few things to repair but we knew this knowing it was a used 11yr old vehicle. Jerry was polite and helpful and did also ask for feedback on the car the week after. He answered all of our questions about financing, purchase options, and had extensive knowledge on credit and banking resources. For the the added convenience, Jasmine also works there for the Spanish Speaking public. In addition to the car, we also purchased a 1 year warranty for $600 extra. This warranty will make us feel comfortable not knowing all of the details about this car yet making us feel secure and protected in the event of an unforeseen problem. I 100% recommend.
