The first place I took my car to told me I had a tie rod problem. They were a big chain. I took my car to one other place and then to Norm and sons. Only the chain told me there was a problem with my tie rods. Norman son gave me the best price. I definitely will keep taking my car here for maintenance.

This was disappointing…read more Skip this nursing home style food and go to the new fancy looking place in Wesley Chapel and a fancy dining "experience" where 3 or 4 athletic, energetic server make you think they love you and are going to miss you every moment until you come back. The prices are the same. Go to the expensive looking new place with flavorful food, decent portions and sauce thick enough to coat a noodle with a little bit of meat. Doritos are tastier than the spaghetti sauce I received. This is not the childhood neighborhood restaurant of your memories. They won't that treat you like you're their niece. They don't care what your name is or if they see you again. This restaurant will NOT turn out to be a memory of delicious, hearty, savory food. The server was an "order taker" as opposed to a guide helping to select a tasty meal. The server looked annoyed with the couple of questions I asked ("Would she chose z or y?" and "Would she choose small or regular?"). The server provided no feedback even about whether the small or regular portion was the way to go. She stared at me annoyed with a, "When is this night going to be over look." I got my check not long after 5 pm. It was early. I asked the server for her recommendation a couple of times. She started at me annoyed. When asked whether I should go with the regular or the small. The server said, "It's regular so it's large." Large? The "regular" that's a "large" is a small at a regular, new restaurant. The small must be a shot glass of bloated, flavorless noodles with watery sauce. I asked for extra sauce for my tasteless, white, naked noodles. I got a little saucer of watery sauce with the same practically non-existent meat. I had the flavorless, virtually sauceless and virtually meatless bloated spaghetti noodles with non-existent meat sauce. I overheard another server say that angel hair pasta is an up charge. I would have gladly uncharged to Angel hair rather than the water logged, bloated and flavorless, slick, sauceless noodles I received. The server later breezed by later with an, "Are you good." A manager or owner breezed by with the same "I don't care" version of "Are you good." I put my flavorless, over bloated noodles in a To Go container and will make a thick tangy meat sauce with savory spices at home.

I've waited 3 months to write this review because I wanted to not overreact in the moment. But I…read morestill feel very strongly about how badly this shop handled our car and situation. Would not recommend to anyone. They had our car for about 10 days longer than they stated it would take. We were told 3-4 days to finish when dropping it off. Their prices were a few hundred more expensive than other shops in town but we setup service with them because we had time sensitive needs to go out of town, and they assured us multiple times it would be ready. They never contacted us about any of the delays, we had to call and ask each time if it was ready yet or when to expect it to be, and they failed each extension of time. We delayed our necessary trip several days trying to be as patient as possible. We finally had to go out of town with a borrowed car. They didn't contact us for several days even upon returning the next week and we had to stop in to try to find out again when it would be or see if we could get it back. They told us it was finished the day before. But yet never bothered to call and say so? How many people can go indefinitely without their car? They added on work, for more costs, and services that we never discussed, agreed to, or requested be done. When we left with the car we got home only to realize they'd not put the engine cover back on and had to return for it, and later found they had not reconnected a sensor they should have. My husband normally does our car repair but wanted to let someone else do this as the transmission needed to be pulled, and we needed to make a 1300 mile long drive with it. We took our car in for flex plate and they took it upon themselves to change the oil and filter without approval. To do extra engine mounts when we had just replaced them and even had warranty on them. We had personally just changed the oil and filter less than 1000 miles before leaving it with the shop. My husband was very specific about exactly what he wanted done. Imagine what they would try and do to someone unfamiliar with mechanic work or their own car needs. They did sneak in everything they could to charge more and did not even try to discuss or keep in contact about these things or delays that come up. They also did not warranty their work - only the parts. Beware.
