This was not only unprofessional but also made for a very unpleasant experience. I suggest training on customer service and communication for this location to prevent future issues. Furthermore, they had four associates standing around my vehicle. I was wondering what they were doing to my vehicle. My vehicle is fairly new less than a year old. I was just here for an oil change. Note I have been a customer since 1997 with tire Kingdom Worst shady customer service I've ever seen Granite, I got a free oil change due to him yelling at me. But I had to return to get my paperwork for my records for my truck. Just a very shady place.

Oh no after so called inspection I needed all new rotors and brake pads all the way around. They called and said all must be done for you safety. Ha more like for your wallet! I said just do front and pads only on back. Which i believe they did but question it, because looking at 2 new rotors why would they be so scratched up?! Price breakdown: for a 2012 Buick Enclave was $678.68 2 front rotors and 4 brake pads. I'd stay away from this place. I guess this lady living on Social Security will only be snacking until next check. Highway Robbery!!! Side note it was never road tested and doesn't feel right. BEYOND ANGRY

I truly appreciated his professionalism and the quality of his work. Unfortunately, my experience with management -- specifically Frankie -- was very disappointing. Communication about pricing and service options was unclear from the start. We came in with a coupon for a conventional oil change, but before we were given the opportunity to confirm what type of oil we wanted, they assumed synthetic and proceeded without clearly reviewing the price difference with us first. By the time we realized what had happened, the oil had already been put in the vehicle, and we were essentially left with no choice but to pay significantly more than we intended. There was no real discussion, no clear breakdown of options, and no agreement on pricing beforehand. That is not how customer service should work. Customers should be presented with clear choices and transparent pricing before work is performed -- not after the fact. It felt like we were backed into paying more than expected, and that's frustrating. Situations like this are exactly why many car owners who know their way around vehicles prefer to handle maintenance themselves. It makes you wonder how many customers who aren't familiar with car services end up paying for upgrades or add-ons they didn't knowingly choose. If I had been properly informed and given options upfront, this likely would have been a very different experience. Transparency and communication matter.
