Great guy, great price, and great service. He was very informative and eager to answer my questions. I called several people and they were telling me there was a pre-service fee that would be deducted from the total cost (which forced anyone to ultimately use their service regardless if it was expensive or not). Right Now Plumbing didnt charge to come out and evaluate. He even assessed other concerns for free, gave tips on installing my RO system i was about to do, replaced a part of my RO system, and even pressure filled my RO water tank and no charge! Will be using him when my house is built to install my water softener or any complications I would have in the future. Hard to find honest good service workers like this guy. read more

I would definitely recommend Stephen at Right Now Plumbing to any of my friends. He is prompt, friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable, and he always does an excellent job. On multiple occasions he has saved me from some potentially devastating situations. On one occasion I was doing some remodel work on my parents' house, and I accidentally put a Sheetrock screw through a waterline inside one of their walls. It immediately started flooding inside their wall, and turned what was supposed to be a simple Sheetrock repair into a disaster. I called Stephen, and he rushed over and saved my bacon. Called to get an appointment to have the humming fix thats coming from my other bathroom and to have some plumbing shut valve fixture installed. He was able to squeeze me in, in his busy schedule- arrive on designated time- worked methodically and resolved all my problem including diagnosis another issue that actually affects the efficiency of my water softener- great job. Awesome service, came out quickly and did a solid job. I had botched an attempted sink replacement when I found out the new faucet I had purchased wouldn't work with the existing valves. The hot water pipe was an older style and soldered on, and my old valves weren't closing enough to shut off the water without turning off the main. Stephen came out within a couple hours of my call to troubleshoot a fritzy water heater. Turned out to be a blown-out pilot light, which was a quick fix. I asked if he'd be willing to take a look at a couple other small plumbing issues we were having in the house, and he was very helpful with both of those too.
