Repairs included pulling and installing a new toilet, replacing a shower drain gasket, and replacing a shower faucet stem. The repairs were completed at a fair price and no issues since. Then today, 8/29, I had to call to get someone out to diagnose a different leak that seemed to be from the irrigation system. Jackie was awesome on the phone in getting someone scheduled to come out in a window that started within an hour of the call. Then Justin Kinsey took it to a whole other level. He arrived about an hour later. Diagnosed the issue and got our interior water turned back on, which we had overcautiously turned off to get the leak to stop. He explained the issue and location, then provided a fair quote for future repairs. And didn't even charge us for the call, diagnosis, or getting the interior water back on. They price correctly and they did a great job the plumber that came over to install it Jacob seriously friendly looked at a couple of other issues I had. I'm just really thankful now that I have a plumber that I can add to my list of trusted vendors. I don't know why Yelp doesn't have more of their reviews. Went though a number of science-backed evidence/reasons on why AZ water is still poor quality from the source - amazing that the State doesn't take water quality seriously - it really is an eye opener! Regardless, better quality water in our house is a must and it was a decision I think we will not regret.

I get a cost to replace the whole unit that failed on its own accord of $1700. In addition to that I had to pay $160 service fee for them to look at the unit when it could've easily been diagnosed over the phone. Another point I would like to make, do not buy a Hague Water Softener. It's not built for Arizona water and don't fall into the sneaky trap of needing water pressure reducer installed. It's a trick that they can use to charge you even more money because they have to install a new one. If you really need a new one, verify yourself with a pressure gauge and they're super easy to replace as they are union in and not soldered in.
