If it weren't for both her and her husband's professionalism, I would have given less stars for this review. We had a soft water system and RO system installed at our new home and everything went smoothly from scheduling to pre-site up until the installers showed up. My husband, unfortunately, had to deal with some unprofessionalism and rudeness from one of the installers and I had to report it to Michelle immediately. The estimated time of work was projected around four to five hours but the team of two got it done in three. The installation could not have gone better. The team reviewed the statement of work and then started prepping for the job. I came out a few times to see how they were doing but other than that left them alone. After the installation and while reviewing the work I was impressed by the neatness and thought-out manner of the installation. Clean and neat. I was especially pleased when Amy, their scheduler, called to let me know the technician was running late and would the new appointment time work for me. The technician installed a new timer and all is operational. I live in an apartment and my tap water is horrible. I was tired of hauling gallons of bottled water to cook and drink. I wasn't sure if I was able to get an RO system at my place, but after talking with Michelle at IWS, it turns out I can as long as I had a side faucet punch out on my kitchen sink. IWS was great to work with. I was able to get a good quote on the unit and installation. They came out within a few days. Technician was on time, professional, quick, and took the time to explain to me how the RO works. The RO system installs as a stand alone device. It doesn't require any electricity (except for a battery that operates the moisture sensor). You can take the system with you if you move out of the apt. It connects to your cold water valve in, then filters through, and stores in a 3.2 gallon tank. The tank continuously fills as you use it. If you drain the tank, it'll take about 1.5 hours to refill. It does need 2 gallons of unfiltered water to make a clean gallon of drinking water. I've had my unit for about a week and the water is phenomenal. It tastes great and is 10X better than the faucet water. The only slight issue that I had was that they need to drill into the drain pipe to dispose of the excess water from the filtration process. It's a small PVC pipe with a small hole that might need to be replaced when I leave the apt. But apart from that, IWS service, installation, and the unit itself is well worth the price. Highly recommend an RO system with IWS. Oh, and you'll need to replace the filters once a year which IWS will do. read more

Contacted in May, took another call in June to get the estimate. Accepted the quote and given a date for installation. Never showed up or called to say they weren't coming. Called and was told Bryan had a medical emergency and rescheduled. Date came and again no one showed up or called, again was told he had a dental emergency. (I used this company before and that's why I kept giving them more opportunities) We rescheduled again and once more Bryan didn't show up, so I called him and he promised he would be here Friday 8-16 at 9am. Waited until 4 and I called and texted and he never has reached out. I have been calling the office and have left messages and no one has called me back. Save your self the time and stay away, can you imagine using them and then you have an emergency and they don't stand behind their product? Horrible read more

Just had a RO system put in plus the water softener. I went with them because of their price and because of all the great reviews on here. I almost felt like I knew Michelle already after reading all these reviews. They were able to come out pretty quickly, within a week. The tech put everything together and my valve behind my fridge broke on the guy which requires a special part since the house was built in 2005. The owner himself came out to my house that night and took care of it. He was very nice and even cleaned the gross dog food we found under the fridge when it got pulled out! After having the people from Costco over and getting a price that was way above what I had been thinking I started checking around to see if my mental budgeting was way out of line. Turns out the price I was given was about as high as it gets. There were a lot of features and if you want top of the line I'm sure this is fine but this is my first softener so I have no idea what super features I really need and therefor need to pay for. So I checked out the reviews for several more affordable companies and the reviews for Integrity Water Solutions were glowing. I decided to call and Michelle helped me immediately, she was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Then sent someone out to verify the installation and give me a quote. The person that came out was friendly, professional and also very knowledgeable. I got the quote and decided to go for it. Within a few days I had a new water softener and water filter installed and operational. They did a really nice job with the plumbing and electrical. This was my first softener so they spent as much time as I needed answering questions. About 6 months later, just this week, I had a couple of questions and worries. The biggest was it looked like there was salt all over the outside "decorative" covers. Michelle had someone out within 24 hours to see what was going on. Turns out it is installed next to my AC condenser and when it rains the condensing unit fan blows that up onto the covers for the tanks for the conditioner. It wasn't the conditioner at all. Again they spent as much time as I needed making sure that there was not going to be any damage from this spray, it was just turning the metal cover white. It's not in a place where it has to be decorative so it's not a problem. The main point is that 6 months after getting this thing they came out very happily to make sure I wasn't seeing anything that needed attention. I am beyond happy with our reverse osmosis system. I had no idea how bad the drinking water tasted even with a brita type filter. I decided the filters were a waste of money and went for the RO system. The tech arrived on time and had our system set up quickly even with drilling thru the granite counter top. Owner "Bryan" doesn't take responsibility of their workers who comes to our house for yearly serivce. Backgroud : I am owner of 2019 built house. I have RO water filter from integrity water solutions. These guys came for yearly serive to change water filters under my sink and hours later water leak started from my kitchen faucet which is very next to RO system under my sink. Obviously i don't expect my things to work forever in my house but i am not a fool to connect the dots here that it's not coincidence but their broke my faucet connector under the sink. When i called them owner gave a weird example "if i get oil change in car and if flat tire happens then i can not blame the oil change company" obviously he is not doing the right comparison and also his way of talking to a customer is really rude. There are lot of water solutions companies in valley. Please refrain from using integrity because once things are installed they are not giving quality service which matters a lot. read more

I can believe the way this company operates. (Can you?) I've been using Integrity for occasional service on my water softener and regular service of our high pressure misting system since 2016. On 10/22/19 another company told us our water softener was not working and they could rebuild for $700 or replace for $1700 with a 24,000 grain unit (this is a company that services our R/O system annually). As soon as they left I called Michelle at Integrity for her input. She said her top of the line unit (32,000 grain) would be $1,050 installed including disposal of our old unit. I made an appointment for today, 10/23/19 for installation and had asked Michelle that when the tech, Kyle, arrived could he verify the diagnosis on the old unit. She said, of course! Here's the part you may question, at least compared to some of the possible experiences you may have had. Kyle arrived with the new unit but first inspected the current one. He said it wasn't working, but believed that $125 worth of gaskets and a piston would get it going again. Here's the bottom line; He left to get the parts and returned in about an hour, fixed the old water softener for $275 including labor and left with the new $1000 unit in his truck. I hope I don't need that new unit too soon, but whether my 16 year old unit needs a repair or a replacement in the future, Integrity is my company for life. GREAT business! Spoke with Michelle in the office, who gave me a quote for a new RO system. I called at least seven plumbers, and was quoted anywhere from $525 - $680 for a new installation! Then I called Integrity Water Solutions, and Michelle promised me $407 out the door. They even got me a same-day appointment! The service man came about 40 minutes early, which took us by surprise, but he was swift and efficient in his installation. He moved the RO and tank as far back as he could to give my renters all the room they need under the sink, and even hooked it up to the fridge so the ice would be filtered as well! I can't believe I forgot to review these guys! I used them for the first time last year. I sent a message through Yelp asking for availability and pricing on a RO filter change and received a response almost immediately. They came out and assessed my old unit and told me that they could change the filters, but that the previous owners had had it fixed so many times with random parts that it would be best to replace it to get the quality, pressure, and volume output that we wanted. We agreed to replace it and a mutually beneficial appointment time was set up immediately. The tech showed up right on time and replaced the unit (along with a new matching ORB faucet) pretty quickly. The RO unit has been functioning flawlessly since then! Originally contacted Integrity Water Solutions because I was wanting to bypass an old water softener that was with the house when I bought it but no longer worked. When Israel came out to bypass the old softener I explained this to him and he told me it would be a lot less through them and got me a quote in minutes.
