This was one of the worst experiences ever. I bout the prepaid discounted coupon . I attempted to use it two different times before the one year. I had to leave a message and as far as I could determine, my call was not returned. That aside there was no way to even determine if they did or did not apply any amount, since they only gave a price after you telling them the number of rooms and items. That aside, the person who came out was several hours late, rude, tried to get more money and then claimed it would be a 3-4 hour job. They were out in 90 minutes and The Who time they worked talked to them selves in a loud voice that complained. Moshe is a miracle worker! We had some pretty intense pet stains from our geriatric cat that couldn't make the litter box anymore.
