From 225 dollars cleaning agreed via messages, it became 338 dollars when he was on site. After he was done cleaning, I went to check dust in one random duct with paper towel. I checked both register and inside the duct and it was still full of dirt. The excuse for the register to not be cleaned was that my registers were too old and same thing for the duct. He did propose to spend more time cleaning but I was done at this point since he does not seem to be competent in this field. I have not tested his carpet services which he may be good at but I do not recommend him for duct cleaning. You better get new duct and new vents before having him come clean your duct. Update on 2020/09/25 Since putting this review, I have been getting phone call harassments from the business owner and one of his friends as well as threats to remove my review. I understand better now why he only has good reviews as many people may prefer to remove their review to not be harassed. I have contacted yelp regarding the harassment, his insulting reply to my family and I. Please be all careful out there with this business owner regarding air duct cleaning, you may be getting bad service and harassment after it if you don't put a 5 star review. Also, as a side note, I discovered today he did not put back the new filter correctly for the AC. He put it in the wrong air flow sense. Unbelievable! read more

They had a competitive price, and were forthright with both their estimated pricing and what we could expect from their service. I appreciated friendliness, but more important their directness with everything which is much more rare. Upon arrival, I added upholstery to the work order, which Moshe was able to do. He gave me a new quote, which was fair and within a reasonable amount based on the previous rug quote. He worked quickly, effectively and followed health protocols I would hope he would with the current pandemic. He also suggested how he could work effectively through an outdoor entrance which is what I'd hope all contractors would do during these time (but rarely do). He suggested future care for our sectional and rug based on the products we had been using, and was very professional. I usually just rent a rug doctor and clean my carpets myself but thought I'd try letting a pro do it this time. I asked for bids from several carpet cleaners on yelp and Right On Time Carpet Cleaning got back to me promptly, offered a great bid and most importantly could do the job right away (Sunday night). Moshe (the owner) showed up right when he said he would and he did exactly what he said he would do. He really worked hard cleaning the carpets, spending way more time than I would have if I had done it myself. He really worked the stairs which I was really thankful for. We have a throw rug downstairs and after he cleaned the top side he flipped it over and did the backside ( I hadn't thought of doing that!) then he flipped it again and re-did the top again.
