Alan and Nick were able to come out to the house to take a look at the locks. I ended up buying replica mortise locks online and then had Pasadena Lock Shop come back to install them for me. Everything looks and works great now.

Yes I do recommend this company. Here's why; I went on a lovely honeymoon with my new beautiful wife. It was such a heart breaking moment when you come home from this lovely trip to find out that our home was broken into. My wife was crushed, and I had splurged on our honeymoon to make this such a memorable moment for us. This was adding so much stress to finance this problem with our savings. I personally did not have a bad experience with Right on Time Locksmith Services. They were really genuine and caring towards my elderly parents. They were locked out, the locksmith company didn't make my parents wait at all. They opened the home within minutes. AND the best part is they let me charge over the phone w my credit card and it wasn't really that expensive! My parents have 1 front door and another a security door, so total of 4 secured locks. They charged less than what another company quoted me. Which was over $100! it was ridculous, thats why I called Right on Time. They were really, really good company and people. After checking other local options I quickly discovered I payed $300 more than typical. My suggestion would be to call a few places first if you can. Mine was an urgent need but not so urgent that I couldn't have called a few places. I regret not doing that now. While I may not have been forced, i certianly felt obligated. Obligation is a powerful presence when it's 1am, you're tired, in this persons face, and just want the ordeal to be over. I originally was asked to leave a kind review (quickly made up a 5 star review and showed Ari) on the spot in order to save 10%. So, who wouldn't want 10% off a fortune?
