I was very impressed with their service and customer service when they first came to clean my carpets. When they were there they told me just call for anything we will come back for anything regardless how small. So I was impressed. Now I need only my mattress cleaned which he said he would come back for no problem just call. Today I called and was told they do not come out unless its over a $100, but that's not what was told to me at the time of the service. It's been six years and my chimney definitely needed cleaning. Heck, looking up the chimney, I could see a layer of black, powdery, and combustible-looking soot. I liked that Gina stayed in touch after I set up a time, and Jeff and his son arrived right on time. They did the inspection and spent an hour deep-cleaning our first chimney. Without charging us, they also took a look at our other, seldom-used fireplace, and said it didn't need work. There were many things I liked about Jeff, beside his personable attitude. His suggestions and observations were valuable and he didn't pitch me with scare tactics. (In the past, one guy said a chimney rebuild was essential, to the tune of $12,000; Jeff said it wasn't at all necessary.) Jeff did explain why the back of the fireplace was getting worn down and recommended something he didn't sell: A fireplace fireback to both preserve the chimney's back wall and get more heat into the room. He also noticed that my el-cheapo Home Depot Chimney Cap was woefully inadequate and why it was clearly letting water down and into the fireplace. It's in my calendar to have them out again in about 18 months to clean the chimney; this time I'll also have them do a number on my long-overdue-to-be-cleaned dryer vent. read more

Right-Way is why I support local businesses. I have used them on several occasions. First, I used them to clean my chimney and then my dryer vents. In both instances they did an excellent job. Based on past performance I decided to use Right-Way to clean my carpet. I was a little apprehensive because I hadn't had the carpets cleaned in quite sometime and believe me I wasn't sure that Right-Way could clean it thoroughly. Having two small dogs didn't help either. However, Jeff assured me I would be satisfied with the job he did. After a few hours he finished the job and I couldn't believe the result. I am so impressed with this companies service. I had a dilemma this week. I stepped in some car oil or something like tar and didn't realize I spread it all over my beige apt carpet. I want to attest to the quality and proficiency of his work. He is a MIRACLE WORKER! I wish I had thought to take pictures of how grimy and stained my carpet was prior to his cleaning. It is a light beige carpet that was installed by the seller of my home. Not the color for a clumsy person, with boys, 1 dog and 4 cats. I'm sure from that statement you can imagine the condition it was in, when he was finished it looked like new carpet once more, and he produces the same results every time. Please don't think I'm exaggerating, if you would like message with any questions. He was a to me by manager of the apartments I once lived in. I figured if anyone knew of a good cleaner she would.
