AMAZING! We have two dogs and two cats. Our carpets get very dirty and stinky. Whoo, finally getting around to writing this because the move was quite an ordeal! Before moving out, our landlord wanted a very VERY professionally cleaned... EVERYTHING and with our litto cat- we naturally were nervous about the carpet after 2 years of living. Dipy was AMAZIIIING. He was communicative (even got to get it done earlier, which I was grateful for), quick in explaining and informative (didn't feel rushed but felt like I knew what was going on), courteous in giving warnings on the types of cleaning and potential for there to be cleaning smells temporarily, provided additional booties just for an added extra, and explained about any upholstery tips and tricks when it comes to cat...sprays and such (thank goodness, our litto guy doesn't spray anymore or pee outside the litter box- whew!) but yes! We had our carpets cleaned on Friday, 01/05/2018. Our original appointment was scheduled between 4 pm and 6 pm but Nation's Best said if they had an earlier opening they would call. Which they did. The new time was between 1 pm and 3 pm and they arrived ~1:30 pm. Dipy and Mike were very friendly and courteous while displaying patience in answering our questions. They were very methodical and efficient in their approach as they moved from room to room (we had three bedrooms, a living room and a den to be cleaned (805 square feet)). The total amount of time in which they were there from start to finish was ~1.5 hours. A single story home too. I was unable to remember who we used three years earlier but, Nation's Best did an excellent job and will use them again. read more
