After a few months of not accessing my storage I show up and there are rat feces everywhere. I asked the manager if she was aware and she said yes, they had a tenant in the 100's building who brought an infestation with him. The appropriate thing would have been to inform the tenants. I'm sure they are quick to reach out for payments, should be the same when there is an issue on their end. I cleared out and went down the street to Extra Space Storage. I physically drove around to multiple places and I found a hidden gem at Belton Mini Storage...EASY online reservation, self-check-in at my convenience, conveniently located, and it was priced just right and no hidden fees!
