I really wanted it to work since I paid for the full package, resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn but unfortunately didn't work for me. I had to scrap everything Jonathan gave me and hired a different person. When I was using Jonathan's resume I had no callbacks, not a single one. I wasn't completely sure what the problem was since I do have the education and experiences required for the jobs I was applying for. I did try reaching out to Jonathan initially letting him know my concerns but he just sent back a pretty generic email highlighting steps on how to apply online which I already know. I did use those websites he gave me but again nothing. So finally I found out what was wrong when I sat down with a recruiter from AppleOne; they pretty much said my resume was terrible and I had to redo it. They said the 1-page resume is a myth and does not work especially for my case since I was transitioning to a new industry. They said to actually showcase what I've accomplished especially if I have the background to prove it. Also, there were tons of errors throughout the resume which I guess were never caught. Of course, hearing this, I hired a different person to rewrite my entire resume and lengthened it to 2 pages. After I started using the new resume, I had a callback the same day after submitting my application on Indeed. Also, the recruiter I'm working with said that it's a HUGE improvement and it's finally something she can use to send to her clients. She did not want to use the old one saying it's almost guaranteed NOT going to get me an interview. Writing this review months after receiving this service. I have to say Jonathan is quick to write your resume with you over the phone. It must have taken about 30 minutes. He seemed in a hurry and didn't really give me any advise as far as the types of resumes that are likely to be seen by recruiters. He gave me a few themes to pick from before creating the resume. They didn't look that appealing to me but what do I know. I paid $199 for a 1 Pg. resume. I also paid an additional $49 to update my LinkedIn. It was just a copy and paste from my resume to my profile page. For $250 for resume and LinkedIn profile , I didn't see the value in it. read more
