Do NOT buy cars from this dealership! You will regret it! My fiancé purchased a car from Right Way in late April and had issues from the very beginning. When he was signing the paperwork for the car I was present, and they were going to ask me for my paystub, even though I had nothing to do with the purchase. I refused to give them any of my information. About a month after he purchased the car (and hadn't even made the FIRST payment), it broke down while he was driving. There was transmission fluid everywhere and he had the car towed to a garage that Right Way recommended. The sales person (Adam) that sold my fiancé the car and a few other sales people at Right Way told my fiancé that the repair would be covered by the warranty that came with it. My fiancé called Right Way SEVERAL times regarding the issue, and nobody ever called him back. Once they have your money, they feel that they have no obligation to please customers. The issue ended up being a hose between the transmission and radiator that burst. And guess what? That particular repair wasn't covered by the warranty. So basically the warranty that came with the vehicle covers everything except things that go wrong with the car- go figure. My fiancé complained and ended up getting most of the repair covered by the dealership, but I think they should have taken FULL RESPONSIBILITY since he only had the car for less than a month. They claim that they inspect the vehicles before they are sold, but based on this incident, that is kind of hard to believe. It took the people at the garage almost a week to figure out what was wrong with the car, and when we went to pick it up, it ended up breaking down again on the way home. The garage towed the car again and while it was on the tow truck, it ended up catching on fire. It took almost 4 days to figure out what was wrong with it. This time is was loose wires in the fuse box, which was also the cause of the fire. This repair ended up being covered, because both the garage and Right Way knew it was their fault for not catching the loose wires the first time the car was looked at. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone, unless they like to have issues from start to finish when they purchase a car. You can't believe a word anyone at Right Way says, because they don't stand behind the quality of their vehicles or the "warranty" that comes with the vehicle. Not worth it! You're better off finding a car on the bottom of a river and trying to drive that! At least you don't have to deal with WRONG WAY if you do that! read more

I have just purchased my 3rd vehicle from this location but this time my wife decided to purchase a vehicle. I've always delt with the salesman named Adam. My wife and I went up to the Taylor location in dyer need of another vehicle we however dealt with a stand in salesman who couldn't get the numbers the way we wanted and my usual guy was out for the day but we submitted our info anyway. Adam called me on the next business day and said come get your new vehicle. We put less than $1000 down and drove out with a 2015. My Wifes credit score is crappy but he got it done. Bad just all bad I'm paying to much for a 2004 impala which has had numerous issues since I bought it . ( four bald tires , hacked together electrical system, dead battery, bad ball joints, 3 of 6 fuel injectors plugged the list goes on ) none of which where covered by there "warranty" or there mechanic shop never found anything wrong . When I recently tried to trade in the vehicle ( cash in hand and all specified documents) because it is no longer drive able despite putting over 1500 in repairs in 10 months into it, I was told to come back in a year with 2000. read more

It is really a shame that the lowest I can give these people is one star. I went in there looking for a car to better haul my son and my daughter who is to be born within the next two weeks. I was asked what kind of vehicle I wanted and I said some sort of Ford SUV, so she ran my paperwork and I was approved for a loan. She told me that she was going to pull the vehicle around for me to look at and test drive. I walked outside to find a 2003 BUICK CENTERY, which for those not versed in automobile models is bothNOT a Ford and NOT an SUV. I figured what the hay and took it for a spin anyway. I noticed right away that it had 131k on it and was showing its age some but not a bad car. I walked back in to see if the payment was low enough for me to disregaurd the fact that it was nothing at all what I had asked her for. We sat down and she began filling out the paperwork for me to take it home that day without even showing me figures. This is where I stopped her, I asked what the numbers were. She was delighted to tell me that payments were due bi-weekly and came to 95 dollars per payment. Now for a 24 month loan 190 a month brings me to 4,560 which seemed good to me becasue I know those cars retail for around 4k. As I scanned the paperwork more I noticed that those were WEEKLY payments of 95 dollars and I paid 2 payments at a time. a quick shuffle of numbers in my head brought the total price of the car to $9,120.00 ........whoa...... When I brought this to her attention, she like a rehearsed robot explained to me that "I only had to keep the car for 18-24 months and at that time they would take the car on trade and pay off the rest of the loan and your credit will be good enough to get whatever you want, but they would never sell you a car underwater." Wait a second here....... so you are selling me a car that I don't want for an ungodly price way over retail, and you are trying to tell me that there is more to the loan then just that? I think not. "The car comes with a 6 month warenty and we would never sell you a car underwater, we will take it back", she went on to say. So I asked her, alright well this car has a 6 month OR 6k mile warranty on it, what happens if I were to have an engine failure 7 months from now, will you still pay off the loan and take the car back? "well no but.." THEN YOU ARE SELLING ME A CAR UNDERWATER. These people are thieves and I am glad I left when I did, driving my trusty rusty pickup truck away instead of the ripoff they were trying to pull. To followup on my recent review.. Finally, they did make good on their promise of providing 2 used tires for her auto, but again, this was only after my involvement and making several phone calls on her behalf. I still say, this would NOT be my first place to go for a good automobile, There are so many other places out there now to choose from that help with bad credit financing, You do have a choice. Rightway in my opinion is the Wrongway in automobile financing. read more

They tried to sell me a car for more than twice what it was worth (I found the same car at a different dealer for literally half the price), and were trying to say that 400 a month was acceptable.
