I placed the order in the mobile app when I was just under a half mile away. Usually these orders from other places are handled very quickly, which is why I do them. The app made some things difficult and would not allow customization on some items. One meal I looked at only came with Dr Pepper with no other choice, but you could choose no ice in the drink. Since I can't have Dr Pepper, I went with a different meal. The meal I ordered had the full range of drinks available, but no option for no ice in the drink. This seemed a little ridiculous to me. In the end, I could've got the meal that I wanted rather than the one that I got. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and I'm glad I had it but the app needs work. My other issue was that I arrived and had to enter the building to pick up my meal and when all was said and done, it took them 25 minutes from the time they received my order till the time when they gave it to me. Because I was inside, I just took my drink and dumped it out and then refilled it with no ice. I know this was a waste, but it's on them for not having the app set up right and not communicating in house well. Everybody else it was there was clearly not too happy with the length of the weight to get their food. In the future, I will strive to dine in so that I don't have to worry about standing around and waiting. The interior of the restaurant is spacious and was fairly clean with plenty of seating. The drink and condiment station was almost out of napkins, and the soda machine was leaking when I got my soda. I ended up with soda all down my arm from it. When all is said and done I did enjoy my food though.

One with fries and one with Dirty Rice. Let's start with the good....The Dirty Rice is pretty fantastic. It reminds me a little of my Dad's Dirty Rice. I would return just for this side. Now for the not so great. The Fries were really overcooked and salted so much that they tasted like they were fried in salt water. A little bit of salt goes a long way, and today they took the salting to another state. The Bo's Chicken Sandwich (1st time trying) was spicy. I'm sometimes ok with a little spice but this one I couldn't eat so I had to return it and I traded it for a sausage biscuit. That was much better and the biscuit was perfect. The staff is nice and the dining room is clean and they have a nice pop music playing in the background at a decent level for conversation.

I took pictures of the ticket showing what we ordered vs the mixed up food we received. I didn't go right back because it was pouring rain and our power went out as I sat down to eat. This evening I had time to go over and ask for either a refund or replacement. I was polite and explained what happened to the Manager on Duty, showing picture and receipt of issue. She didn't apologize and stated that unless I brought the food in there was nothing she could do and her hands were tied to theor policy, even with pictures I took. She also said there's no way the food was not fresh, basically insinuating I was lying. I asked if there is somewhere else I can provide feedback since she wasn't able to handle the situation and had no empowerment to resolve my concern at all. She gave me an email address which I will contact, though I expect no response. I will not return as all she had to do was take ownership of the situation and provide a replacement meal, a refund, or a coupon for future and apologize things went wrong. I want to share that this company does not care about quality or service recovery in their business to ensure things go right nor resolve things that go wrong and caution you to waste money there as it isn't cheap! I almost came home and dug in the trash for the food we didn't eat from 2 nights ago and take it over but decided then there would be a new excuse of why she couldn't do anything and still tell me I'm lying.
