    Overcooked and wayyy overcooked fries

This is not our first visit but definitely one of the worst visits. I don't remember disliking the food at Bojangles as much as today. We ordered the Bo's Chicken sandwich Combos ($9.69). One with fries and one with Dirty Rice. Let's start with the good....The Dirty Rice is pretty fantastic. It reminds me a little of my Dad's Dirty Rice. I would return just for this side. Now for the not so great. The Fries were really overcooked and salted so much that they tasted like they were fried in salt water. A little bit of salt goes a long way, and today they took the salting to another state. The Bo's Chicken Sandwich (1st time trying) was spicy. I'm sometimes ok with a little spice but this one I couldn't eat so I had to return it and I traded it for a sausage biscuit. That was much better and the biscuit was perfect. The staff is nice and the dining room is clean and they have a nice pop music playing in the background at a decent level for conversation.

First time trying while on vacation it was actually pretty good! I enjoyed the chicken it was good flavor, good texture. My only complaint was that the chicken for the chicken sandwich was a bit more on the oily side but I definitely would go back and try again!

As a person from Virginia, I was extremely excited to see Bojangles now in central Florida. This is a brand new location in Davenport that just opened. Cars were wrapped around the building and they were super organized and kept things flowing! They serve breakfast until 2pm and only serve chicken tenders for pieces of fresh chicken. That was disappointing, especially since fresh chicken pieces are the classic item of Bojangles. The workers didn't really know if that would ever change. We ordered a 16 piece tender meal, 2 extra sides and 6 Bo-berry biscuits and it was $65. It was fresh and delicious. Hopefully they will expand their breakfast hours and get full chicken pieces. I enjoyed my order but wouldn't come back for just tenders.

Overly expensive. Clean but the staff wasn't very friendly. Had never been before and was given no assistance in ordering.

The whole experience was not. This was a refreshing experience. They have been open for a short time and this was my first opportunity to stop in. The store was clean, employees were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. I walked in around lunchtime and was directed to the back of the store where the line started for ordering. They have a big menu board which I read first to determine what to get. The Cubano sounded good so I decided to give it a try. There were two choices for bread where they started the sandwich and put it in the oven. I was directed to the next station for all the toppings. I had a moment and chatted with the two employees that were there, and the one at the register asked what I got and if I would be having a drink or anything else. I told them I would take a meal which consisted of the sandwich, a drink and chips. On my sandwich came out they asked how I wanted it and directed me to assign that showed all the topics available. I opted for mustard and added hot peppers. I was very impressed with the taste of the sandwich and the hot peppers added a nice touch that you don't normally get on a Cuban. I will definitely be trying this one again in the future. They have several tables to dine at and there are accessible spaces out front. They have a drink station where you would get your own drink. If you're looking for a good hot sandwich, this is a great choice to have in this shopping area.

This was our first time eating at one on this side of town and it did not disappoint. I got the French Onion Soup and my husband got the Zinger Mountain melt (also for me to pick at). The food came out fast and hot! The French Onion is always one of my favorites, I love the chunky crouton and it always very cheesy. The Mountian melt was delicious! The fries were cooked perfectly and it was covered in the zingers but also a lot of bacon and cheese. We got Hot Garlic and I highly recommend it for someone looking for both flavor and some sting. When family stays with us, this will always be a must visit. Our servers today were amazing, we had a woman that I forget her name and Raul. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We sat on the "patio" area. Since it is hot out they had it closed off but I loved the feel. It was very clean and even though the tables were full it didn't feel crowded like some feel.

The bar is to the right and the dining area is to the left. There is great service here. And the beer selection is okay with some local taps which is a plus. The food is on par with other Miller's, but they tend to under cook their chicken wings which I am finding is the same for most of the Miller's so I ask them to leave my wings in the oil for extra time.

I was very excited to see that the subway had a drive-through, yes I know I'm super lazy! LOL. But it was new and exciting, and I really wanted a breakfast sandwich, and I was still in my pajamas. So I excitedly go through their drive-through. The self-serve kiosk outside to order is quite difficult. It's very touchy and it hits things you don't touch, you have to hit something multiple times, then go back, then go forward, try to hit the right thing, etc. After going to hotel with a kiosk and almost losing for the first time in my life, I get my breakfast sandwich and I excitedly go home to eat it. I ordered and paid for extra Banana peppers, and pickles. They did not for fill my order, but not only that, there was approximately one pickle and one and a half banana peppers. I was super let down, is anyone knows who loves a sandwich, each is unique to it's muse;) So as of right now I will give this subway three stars, but I will be back to soul drawn and face the kiosk and hopefully my extra banana peppers and pickles another day:)

I've passed this place by on my way to work and figured to stop by sometime; today was the perfect day because Victoria was the sweetest and super swift with her service! I sat at the bar to enjoy a small dinner and cocktail; ordered an Old Fashioned and received their signature one which was super tasty and done right! (thanks Victoria ) Managed to snag a photo of my salad as it was purchased with birthday money from a friend; got the Wedge (a la carte, no protein). Even though the produce is "weird" now, every bit of what happens for me next will be all worth it because that salad was delicious! It was one of the best wedge salads I've had in a long while... almost got the soup of the day because French Onion is my favorite but I had some places to be thereafter and "toilet conspiracies caused by produce" was not in my bingo card for my special day For my first time, it was a wonderful experience and service as top tier even though business was a bit slow. Take advantage of this though, because the food from what I've seen looks DELICIOUS Thanks Victoria See you soon!

To be a chain, Ovation Bistro in Davenport FL looks like a good time. Our server was Alex and she was doing everything by herself. Tending bar, serving and busing tables. She was a whirlwind. It is in a strip mall with plenty of parking. You enter through the covered patio area, which on a florida day when it was 97 outside it felt cooler on the patio. We ate inside. When you enter, the bar is to the left and the dining area is on the right. There are both booths and tables in the dining area. And high tops in the bar, besides the bar stool. Ordered a craft beer from 3 Sisters in St. Pete. It was good. For lunch we had the sirloin lunch special and brisket wedge salad. The food was not good. It was bad. And in their defense, maybe they were having an off day or maybe their lunch specials are left overs. The brisket was dry and way past it's prime. I sent it back and they brought me back more dry brisket which I guess they soaked in something, but you could tell it was way over cooked and past it's prime. The sirloin steak was not much better and the mash potatoes were at best luke warm. This was very disappointing. Especially after seeing some of the reviews. Suffice to say, this outing was definitely a one star for the food and four stars for the service along with the ambiance. I hate to hurl insults, but whoever is in their kitchen has either lost their passion or they just don't care. Best part of the meal was the wedge salad which was deliscious. The manager did come talk to us and did not charge us. The experience was still disappointing. My expectation did not meet my experience at Ovation Bistro in Davenport Florida.
