He was more than willing to fix it. I have now been informed that the clock only had oil sprayed on everything and nothing else was done. I was sent pictures of the oil just smeared all over the gears. it is totally disgusting. for what I paid to have this work done I was totally ripped off. If I could put a minus score I would. I would never recommend this business to anyone. if you value your time piece please find another clock maker to do the work.

The solar watch needed a battery and then needed the contacts cleaned. He kept it running to monitor its accuracy and called me when he was satisfied it worked correctly. Certainly, I was bummed to find out 2 watches couldn't be repaired here, but I'm the one who didn't maintain them properly. And I am thankful he got the other 3 watches working. Customer service I have to say was always prompt and courteous.
