They are super well organized and keep track of all orders and notes in their client portal. They base their bouquets on inspiration photos, and you can see what flowers they are planning to use on the portal. Make sure you are vocal about anything you may not like and answer all of their questions in a timely manner to ensure all visions are executed correctly. I recommend you make any needed changes at least two weeks before the event, as they order flowers a few weeks in advance. They were great to work with and delivered our flowers to the venue on time and as planned.

Today is Wednesday, they were supposed to be there on Saturday. They said "we tried to deliver twice but you weren't home". Well, my parents were both home all day Saturday. Mom loved the flowers, a big, tall display of color really makes the room light up. She returned my call quickly. She was super helpful and I like her business direction of being a small, local, "care about you" business. I like her direction too in that she even adjusts her arrangements to the season and not just a collection of standard roses, daisies, lily's or whatever we have in the shop.
