The flavor was excellent-didn't need sauce, although it did pair nicely with a sauce, if that's what you prefer. The meat was mostly shredded, although some of the larger pieces pulled apart effortlessly. So, I guess I'll need to stop by the restaurant so I can have a few more bites.
