She was exceptional: warm, gracious, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Charlene patiently walked me through the options, never rushed the experience, and made the entire visit feel effortless and enjoyable. I was genuinely surprised to see some of the negative reviews for this location, as my experience was quite the opposite. I felt welcomed and well cared for from the moment I arrived. The service was attentive, thoughtful, and exactly what I've come to expect from Cartier.
