I came here to get the right size skirt since another location didn't carry it. I was able to have them hold for me prior to arrival which was super helpful. Nice staff , clean store, great quality clothing and good selections. It's a brand that makes quality pieces that are timeless. Came in to return a shirt my boyfriend tried on ONCE. The sizing was off, so I bought him another one elsewhere. The employee accused me of reattaching the tag and said the shirt had "obviously" been worn because she saw a few "pet hairs" on it. Really? Reattaching that tag would take time and talent I don't have -- but sure. Funny enough, my boyfriend returned the same exact shirt the next day with no issue. So the problem wasn't the shirt. It was her entitled and dismissive attitude. Good luck to anyone else trying to make a return here, hopefully you don't get the same person I did. read more

I literally just wrote a review on the Beverly Hills location. It's like night and day compared to this one. I LOVE AllSaints so it's disappointing to shop at stores like this that just give you the ick and make you want to stop shopping for the clothing you love. I've been in this location and few times before but my boyfriend and I were in the area the other day and decided to shop at South Coast. I was literally hesitant to come in here considering I never liked this store but went in cause I was looking for something in particular. To start, the store is teeny tiny. Probably the smallest I've ever been in. Like it's literally claustrophobic feeling with everyone getting in each others way cause theres hardly any room to walk. My boyfriend and I were looking around and one of the staff (I don't know her name but I just remember her being Asian with almost like a short bob) came up, didn't even address me and just starts SHOVING merch down my boyfriends throat. I understand it's part of the job but it was intense. She started picking apart the outfit he was wearing (he was already wearing AllSaints) and promoting the brand. He informed her that he'd actually worked for the company for many years at a different flagship location and that he's very aware of their products, stock etc. She clearly didn't get the memo cause we kindly walked away and she's following us around the store awkwardly pushing more merch down his throat. Again, didn't even acknowledge me and we were literally there to shop for me. He started to get really annoyed and kept making it clear that he wanted to be left alone as she's pushing him to look at different things. Like ZERO boundaries and every other staff member was just rude. I actually wanted to try some stuff on but we ended up leaving after being harassed by this over salesy woman the whole time, over and over.... soooo disappointed. I stopped by this location while at South Coast Plaza. I've purchased Allsaints online and the Fashion Valley location, but I have not seen this location before. The associates were all welcoming and helpful. There were a few items that I wanted in different sizes, and they were able to find them in store and look the items up to see if they can get them shipped since they didn't have a few things in stock. The store is clean and well organized. They are currently allowing 20% capacity due to covid, which is about 5 customers. I went during the week, so it wasn't too busy. They are currently having a 50% off promotion which was about half of the store, so right now is a good time to get a lot of items for a good price. read more

I've seen AllSaints randomly throughout town and the first one I walked in to was in the hotel I was staying at in Las Vegas. However the first one I actually made an effort to try on their clothing was here in South Coast Plaza. Checking out their website first, I saw a couple of dresses and tops I wanted to see in person. Unsure of how the fit is with the brand, I knew I had to take a gamble since a lot of brands tend to run larger for me. I had a really nice guy assist me with finding items that I had saved on my phone; they were out of some or didn't carry them at all, but the ones they did have he set up in a room in the back. The tops didn't really work out and the dress was okay, but what I was pleased with was the fit. Looks as though AllSaints will be a brand I can actually wear! He actually suggested another dress for me to try on and although I am normally not open to options since I'm so damn picky (and small), I have to say he was quite close to my taste with the Jayda dress he selected. On the site, I would not have looked twice but having him there showing me the versatility of the piece really helped. Unfortunately, I turned it down since it was full-priced at $305 (and this is a consistent item so it most likely won't go down), in addition to a detail that I don't find appealing/flattering (exposed zipper). I wish I would have gotten his name because he had a really good eye and best of all, was not pushy in any sense of the word. I did leave empty handed today, but AllSaints will be a consistent stop when I am back in this area. read more

Marc is such a hard-working face of the brand when he should honestly be modeling as well! His advice, welcoming demeanor along with his calmness were so appreciated. He was hanging clothes up at record speeds and understood our style as soon as we picked out certain pieces of clothing. I love AllSaints and have been a customer for many years, so this is a review of this particular store, not the brand. Two days ago, I purchased an item I didn't love. Today, I attempted to return the item to this store. The attendant who "helped" was a terrible customer service representative. First, she told me that the item could not be returned because it didn't have a tag. The tag and receipt were literally in the bag. Next, she offered store credit after asking the manager for an exception. When I explained that it's only been a day since purchase, she calmly said to me, "it's been two days". I then drove an hour to another store, who returned the same item without question. This purple headed woman is a horrrible staff member with no empathy who has soured me on a brand I love with an awful customer service experience. read more

They are beyond rude at this store. The store manager Angelina has such an attitude she literally ignored me for 10 minutes while I was standing in front of the register because I had a return. She also refused to give me a gift card for an item that had a tag on it brand now because I didn't have the receipt with me. Finally, ALLSAINTS in OC! I like the place and the associates.. They said it is the flagship store of the westcoast, you would think it would be bigger as a flagship compared to the one in Robertson for example but they do have most of the collections.. no shoes in this store, so you would need to know your size in ALLSAINTS and get them online or just get them when you go to LA if you rave about their leather boots.. But all in all, I am happy they finally opened one here.. and I definitely highly recommend their leather jackets.. pretty decent.. read more

The reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the store itself is nice. The displays are inviting. Everything is clean. BUT, the people working there are rude! We did not even get a "hello" not to mention "is there anything we can help you with today?". Is that what these people call "sales"? I am so glad there's a stand-alone store in orange county. The selection is so much better than the Bloomingdale's locations. The first time I shopped inside the store a salesperson named Anthony helped me and he was awesome. I wanted the black cigarette jeans in a size 34 but they didn't have in the location. He offered to order it for me with free shipping but I wanted to try them on before buying them. He even offered to check other locations which I thought was very thoughtful. I told him that I would just come back and get them from him since he did all the work. Sales people like him is the reason why some stores are more successful than others. I came in on November 18th to buy myself a few birthday presents. The gentlemen helping me was so kind and kept checking on me throughout my shopping experience, I came in today to return a damaged item. The associate was so great. As I walked in she immediately asked me if she could help me with anything and quickly checked if they had the same item in stock for me to exchange. (Beautiful black wavy hair). As she went into the back, another lady came out (red hair, stiletto acrylic nails, manager?), she glared at me from the other side of the counter tapping on a iPhone. It was a very awkward encounter as she just made me uncomfortable. I felt like I didn't belong in the store if that makes sense. Worst customer service ever my boyfriend had ordered something online for me before Christmas they told him they would order for it for him online and it would "guarantee" to be shipped before Christmas it was a whole mess he never got a confirmation number and the "customer service" department told him sorry about the delay it's been about two weeks late and they just refunded him the money without wanting a refund. First time in this store. I love AllSaints and usually buy their products through major retailers like Bloomingdale's or Nordstrom. They had a good amount of selection but nothing mind blowing. If you're familiar with AllSaints, they don't carry *too* much to begin with so really everything you see on their website, you will find at the store. I would've gave 5 stars, but for some reason - the sales lady was asking me questions non-stop since I had first walked in. I don't know if that's a normal part of their business practice with customers, but I felt like I was being interviewed for a job while shopping. There's being friendly, and then there's being *too* friendly. I was trying to look through the clothes all while I have the sales lady over my shoulder asking me how my day was, where I work, what AllSaints stuff I already own, where I usually shop, if I have any kids, etc etc...... it was actually pretty annoying. I don't know if maybe she was trying to flirt with me??? Or if that's just her way of trying to make me feel welcomed? Although I would've felt welcomed regardless of her 100 questions or not.
