My wife and I were staying next door at the Aria and while strolling around the Crystals Mall we stumbled across this Rimowa Store. My wife owns an aluminum Rimowa that had issues with the hinge which was causing the case not to close properly. We were losing our faith in the brand but still wanted to visit the store and check out their new polycarbonate design. Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted by Madelyn who quickly became friends with us. She is also Filipino which made our conversation more opened and friendly. We told her about the issue we were having with our luggage and she suggested that we bring the luggage to her so that she can have it shipped out to the nearest repair center. During our visit, my wife immediately fell in love with the dark grey colored polycarbonate and decided to get it. This allowed us to go home with a new luggage while the other one was being sent for repairs. My wife loves the polycarbonate and it's way lighter and easier to manage than the aluminum which although heavy duty, weighs a ton. It has large, heavy duty wheels that glides across all surfaces with ease. It has plenty of space and the internal design is the same as our aluminum luggage. While Madelyn was processing our purchase, we were given some Fiji bottled water to drink and took comfort in their chairs they had for customers in the corner. I really appreciate Madelyn and her friendliness and concern for the issue we were having on our luggage. I'm glad we were able to get her help to have it sent for repairs otherwise we would have had to drive to San Francisco just to drop it off at the nearest repair store which would have been too much of a hassle for us. The other option was to ship it to the repair center where we would have to shoulder the shipping costs. If you're interested in a Rimowa, please visit Madelyn. With her vast knowledge and expertise on their products, I'm sure you'll choose a Rimowa rather than that Gucci next door that's 3x as much but not even half the quality of a Rimowa. read more

Impeccable service by Carine. Strolls through the mall with time to kill before our flight home after vacation. Happened upon Rimowa and could not leave without buying a suitcase. Didn't walk out with it, since we had luggage with us, and Carine shipped it to me. Can't say enough good things about Rimowa aluminum luggage and their customer service. Lifetime warranty on the aluminum pieces. But a Rimowa suitcase and you'll never need another one in your lifetime. How is that for value? read more

So WAS buying 2 Classic Cabin. Not shopping around, was literally buying both today for a trip I was leaving for next Wednesday. Or was. After experience with 2 of your employees now, I will look at another brand. It's sad as I have always loved the Classic brand of Rimowa and your experience has ruined the brand. I can see this behavior eventually getting people to look elsewhere as I will as well. I have out a Yelp review and though one person will not put someone out of business, hopefully slowly people will start looking at a brand with better Customer Service. You aren't selling one of a kind things, but you sure act like it. Saddened by this but glad I found out before spending $3k on 2 Classic Cabin and $4k on two Check In L ones. I would really never try or buy anything for the store customer service it's bad, bought a wearable wallet, I love it when I saw it mine came with damage , reach at them for two chips on the left side on a really weird spot , literally bought it 2 weeks ago only wear it in Vegas 2 days came back to California , found out about the damage reached at them and they said it's regular use it's just unacceptable . I travel a lot and have always wanted to look at Rimowa luggage. However, upon entering the store at Crystals, it was clear the two saleswomen, who were looking at their phones when I walked in, were not interested in actually selling the luggage. I was told there was a lifetime guarantee but that was it. Neither lady offered to show me the inside of any piece of luggage. Neither saleswoman even promoted the luggage. During my time in the store, one salewoman never took her eyes off her phone. Terrible customer service for a high end brand, actually any brand. I have no interest in purchasing the luggage after that experience. read more

Scott Fitzgerald Rimowa luggage is easily the best, most functional, well-thought out luggage I have ever operated. If you are planning on spending this kind of money on luggage you really need to check Rimowa out. Other brands like Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Coach, Bottega Veneta all have beautiful pieces that may be superior in function to your typical Samsonite pieces, but often they tend to go for considerably more than Rimowa...and still, aside from fashion, all of these designer brands fall incredibly short of the Rimowa mark. Even better designed options like Tumi, and Globe-Trotter are not as well put together as Rimowa. None of these options are cheap, so unless you drop thousands of dollars on luggage every couple of years, it seems that quality, functionality, and design should all be included when deciding to purchase. IMHO Rimowa clearly steals the show--exceptional quality from a design that wears well and looks sharp! Junko was wonderful when my love and I came down to the store at Crystals...as was the rest of the professional staff. Needless to say, we were very happy with our experience. They even offered to take some pictures of us...this was after I had walked the whole showroom snapping pics of everything...maybe they saw a little social media attention coming their way, but either way, we were happy to have a nice picture of us in Rimowa. On a recent trip I had a standard run-of-the-mill roller suitcase in one hand and a Topas Titanium by Rimowa...I was astonished at the difference. The non-Rimowa piece was not a cheap product by any means...and in fact, was better than most average pieces of luggage, but the difference was huge. Was the difference large enough to justify the price?...there in lies the whole question. I doubt that most people would want to pay the sticker price for Rimowa, but for those that can...ditch the designer options and check Rimowa out! read more

We are visiting Vegas from San Francisco and traveling with our Rimowa luggage. One of our luggage had a stuck lock and I found this location for a quick repair. The gentleman was very polite, efficient and replaced the damaged combination lock in a few minutes. He also did a quick overall condition check of our bag and recommended another small warranty repair when we return home after our travels. I was in a hurry to catch a flight in September after the ISPA show and I had so many (liquid) facial products that I received at the show that I needed to check the bag I already had a buy a new carry on to put all my clothing in. Incredible service - I and was in and out with my new gold metal carry-on in less than 15 minutes. Turns out on the quick flight back to LA pretty much all the bags were gate checked. Then my flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues so I got my brand new bag back at the gate 30 minutes later and it was scratched up pretty badly and even dented but I don't want to keep a suitcase all pristine so, to be honest, I was ok with it - we've hit many bumps and scratches in the 3 months since then and I LOVE this bag more with every trip it is so lightweight and sturdy and a breeze to race through an airport with! read more

I came into the store looking for luggage and wow, I gotta say, the store had this super modern cool type of vibe. The staff were super nice greeting me with a bright smile and "welcome to Rimowa" . All my friends love Rimowa and I never understood why until I came into this store. The innovation and design is spot on! I came in not knowing anything and came out like a luggage professional! There aluminum pieces are just FABULOUS, it seems so lifetime because all the material they told me is made of 100% non recycled material so it doesn't go through that destroying process. I bought a 30inch Silver Topas in the end and love it to its max! The price here compared to Asia is about 2000-3000 yuan cheaper!!! I travel so often so purchasing it here is much better priced and the great customer service is just an added bonus! :D read more
