Suddenly, I'm being asked to pay out of pocket for visits that were supposed to be covered. At my last appointment, the receptionist only mentioned this after my adjustment, asking me to self-pay on the spot. When I called on Monday for clarification, all I got was a simple "sorry." Now they're billing me $680 because Aetna supposedly changed their network status--something they claim they didn't know about. How is that my responsibility? After more than ten visits without insurance payments, they should've informed me much earlier so I could decide whether to continue treatment. It's disappointing to see how little transparency there's been. Beware--this office seems more focused on collecting money than caring for their patients.

Prior to my adjustment, I was asked for my insurance. They processed it. Then, they told me to come back for my treatment. The adjustment was nice, I thought it was fun. Now here's where it gets shady: Afterwards, I was escorted to the front desk where I was told that my insurance had actually declined, and that I needed to pay out of pocket. This is despite the fact that they made it sound like my insurance had cleared, and would cover everything prior to my adjustment. I had already given them all of my insurance info when I had first walked through the door, and they outright told me that they would take my insurance. Mind you, I waited for around 30 minutes while they were processing my info. When I contested the out of pocket payment of $135, they told me that they had "just began accepting Cigna today". As luck would have it, they told my partner the same exact thing when she went for the first time two weeks prior. I feel played, do not trust these people. Don't let the nice interior and prime real estate deceive you, You must ABSOLUTELY make sure your insurance clears before you get your adjustment. Do not let them touch you unless that payment goes through first. And here's the cherry on top. The woman, who's identity I will protect, even whispered to me that it was a scam, and that there was nothing she could do. Do not come here, see a real physical therapist if you're really in pain!

Dr. Tassi is awesome!! She helped my 10 yr old daughter with her health problems when no one else…read morecould or would. She dug deeper and found my daughters illness was from the food allergies I never new she had. Now she is doing great! She also saw she had a curve that was starting in her back and got it taken care of right away. No more migraine,constant stomach pain and just all out sadness and pain all the time. Gastro dr wanted to put her in hospital and dr tassi had me do a food diary and started taking things out and all with in 2 weeks she went from a size 12 to size 8 from lose of inflammation and not being able to go to the bathroom. Poor baby would not go to bathroom for 3 weeks at a time. :(. Peds and Gastro Drs did not test her for food allergies just gave her medicine to make her use the bathroom. This went on for 2 yrs...She had learning difficulties and bad migraines. She no longer has migraines and she is catching up on her learning. Thank you so much Dr Tassi!!!! We love you.
