This time it is my arm and shoulder which has been recurring for over 2 years. I originally went to an orthopedic doctor and after going to PT 3 separate times over 2 years with just a few months of relief I contacted Bright Life to see if they felt my issue could be helped. Yes, there is a lot of evaluation, but it is a pleasure to know a doctor wants to know what they are dealing with before starting a treatment. After just one week I was not wakening up in pain and was able to sleep through the night. It is always up to the person, but you are given a comprehensive review of your conditions, and you decide how you want to proceed.
