Love this place - my favorite Mexican food that I've had in the area. The carnitas are incredible. Staff is great, prices are great, food is great. Rincon Latino offers authentic Mexican food at prices that simply cannot be beat. Three tacos, beef, tongue and carnitas, were expertly prepared with fresh avocado and cilantro on incredible tortillas. Accompanied with a bottle of real Coca Cola from Mexico, it made for an exquisite and memorable meal. Tasteful Mexican acoustic music, helpful wait staff, and the sounds of friendly, gentle conversations among Spanish-speaking patrons made me feel that I was in another country: a refreshing escape from the generic confines of Metrowest. we stopped in for a late lunch on a winter saturday. the place is tiny, about 4 tables, it's cozy. we ordered the rincon platos and a chicken plate (forget the name). both came out fast. both dishes were fresh and incredibly flavorful. i plan to return and try different items on the menu. don't expect chips and salsa when you sit down. parking is street metered and don't forget to lock your car doors. read more

I stopped into Rincon Latino on a Friday evening to grab a quick takeout meal. I order 5 tacos, chips, and iced horchata. Cost less than $20. The horchata was sweet and pleasantly spiced with a nice smooth texture. They cinnamon flavor was exquisite. I waited probably 10 minutes from when I ordered to when my food came out. I quickly took the tacos home and unwrapped them. Everything was delicious - the meat well seasoned and crispy. The tortillas were not soggy, and doubled up to ensure your taco wouldn't fall apart. They also gave me some green hot sauce that was very spicy, but went well with everything else. 10/10, very satisfied with the speed, quality, and cost. read more

This place is as authentic as it gets. Small hole in the wall gem, older Spanish man working behind the counter who was very sweet and did not speak English. I knew I was in the right place. Please try for yourself, real tacos. I also have to say they were quite large and full of meat no skimping here. The picture I posted doesn't do it justice, plus I ate majority of the tacos. I ordered beef, chicken, and pulled pork tacos accompanied with a bag of 4 sliced limes and two verde sauces. Will be driving 45 minutes when craving tacos again. Enjoy! read more

Good things come from small places. Top culinary experience in metro west. Amazing beef stew, Al pastor was the favorite, but great carnitas too...pollo was good but not a star. Both dinner plates and tacos are so so fantastic. The orxata drink is great here, and lastly real nice to us unable to speak spanish. Overall: Rincon Latino is a hidden gem!! Everyone should be coming here. Physical Plant: Rincon Latino is a small restaurant that can seat less than 20 people (maybe less than 15). Food: I had two pupsas, one queso pupusa and one pupusa de revueltas (a mix of cheese, chicharrón, and frijoles), and a lengua (beef tongue) taco. I cannot say enough about how delicious this food was!! The pupusas are the ultimate comfort food, and so satisfying. The lengua in my taco was so flavorful and had a great texture. There were two different salsas to have with my taco (verde and rojo), both with a perfect spice level, and a really spicy pickled onion and pepper mixture that went very well with the pupusas. All of this incredible food came at a great price. I will definitely be back. read more

Solid food. I'm a huge fan of all things with lengua (cow tongue) but it's a hard cut of meat for people to cook properly. I've had some gamey meals with pieces not cleaned well - ugh! But this place, hands down, had the best lengua burritos. Yum! Soft and tender beef cuts that even a toddler can chow down on. Sweet owner but there is a language barrier so be patient! We had to stop by because our Spanish is poor but was able to express what we wanted in person. P.S. It's in a shady neighborhood so take care going at night. To Rincon Latino Restaurant I go. I decided to go with the al pastor burrito with everything in it (duh) and picked up a chicken burrito without the tortilla for my wife (burrito bowl). These ladies are throwing it down in that kitchen! My burrito was quite large and delicious. The chef even browned it on the flat top after rolling it, it's always nice when people add a little extra special finishing touch. My wife was super stoked on her burrito bowl - again generous portions. She has a few allergies which they were super kind to accommodate. I would totally go here again, it's cozy and quiet, the people are friendly, the flavor is on point and portions are generous. Wanted to like it, but no such luck. As someone else mentioned, maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Plantains were super oily, eggs were very salty, meat was dry, tacos were so-so. I love this place!! The owner is the brother of the owner of Blue Agave on Rt 30. This place, however, is zero frills. It's the size of a large walk in closet, hot in the summer w seating outback, regulars sitting around, but the food it puts out is delicious! The employee/cook speaks enough English to take your order. Their soups are outstanding, as is their breakfast (only on weekends!). We order burritos fairly regularly. I get veggie -- they cut up fresh peppers, onions, and cook the chicken fresh. It also has a mixed salad in it (carrots, celery, lettuce) which is delicious, and entire wedges of avocado. Boyfriend gets chicken. We've also ordered the plates, plantains, etc, all great! They do the sweet plantains, not the smashed salted ones. They are closed Tuesdays fyi. Try it!
