Where to even begin ... bought a used car from them, and immediately started having problems with…read moreit. We had it maybe a week tops before it quit starting and returned to the shop looking for answers and help. We were met with " sure, we can fix it free as long as you help!" "We'll call you!", dropped the car off thinking it was going to be worked on. Several days pass and no phone calls only to find out they were waiting on us to call without telling us we were supposed to be calling..... so we head back to get the car... At first thought it was the fuel pump, maybe spark plugs. They tried to say the reason it won't start is because of the "security features "... def not the reason because if you add starter fluid it starts up but stalls once the fluid runs out.. wonder if theyd think the brakes aren't working because there's a loose bulb somewhere for a headlight . We went to go check online for the shop's website only to find out it says "permanently closed ", their phone number online is wrong, and they try to pass liability onto the customer if servicing the vehicle goes wrong by having the customer help. that makes it to where they don't have to own up to their mistakes they can pass the blame on to you... be careful doing business with places like this... learn from our mistakes.....

Do not be fooled. This is a CAR LOT not a PRIVATE RESIDENCE. I purchased a vehicle from this lot…read moreafter replying to a Craigslist Ad. I purchased a car from Chris. He seemed to know little of the car he was selling and after inspection I purchased the car "as is." I've had the car for two months now and have experienced unforeseen problems. More importantly, I purchased this car with cash in December and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A WORKING TITLE. Chris assured me that within a week he would mail me the title. Three weeks later I still had still not received it. I called and talked to Chris and he said he would mail it out the following day. After another week of waiting, I called and found out he put the wrong address on the mail piece. After calling again and having him resend the title, I finally received the title with BOTH MY FIRST AND LAST NAME misspelled. The BMV told me I would have to have him reissue the title or pay to have it fixed. I contacted Chris, once again, and he assured me he would reimburse me for the extra cost of fixing the title. 2 WEEKS LATER I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REIMBURSEMENT FROM CHRIS. I've called as well as sending him two more text messages and have received nothing. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE. THESE ARE NOT THE KIND OF PEOPLE YOU WANT TO PURCHASE YOUR CAR FROM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I emailed their office about a truck I liked. From the time I emailed and closed the deal was about 2 days. The process was fast and simple. I would recommend Jake to anyone who is looking to buy a QUALITY used car who might have some credit problems. Thank you for a great experience!!

Cons: Drove my car off the lot and made it to 66 by the water treatment center and had to take it back. The auto locks started unlocking and locking themselves, the lights off and on, rpms jumping like crazy, auto lock system on and off it was a nightmare. They had the mechanic look at it and nothing. They sent it to the Chevy dealership and nothing. Nothing was found. The issue was still there. So, I took my car to my personal mechanic and had to have the starter block system they put in rewired because there technician didn't wire it in correctly. Also had to have the auto lock system rewired because there "mechanic" ended up putting the starter block system in wrong and fried the auto lock system. No chance of reimbursement since it wasn't "there guy." In all honesty there guy's not touching my car again if I can help it. Ok so that was just the first month of having it. Alright the "manager" Nikki is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. She was aggressive and argumentative. She wouldn't listen and she would cut me off and start yelling. This was my first car. My first car dealership and honestly I'd rather walk than deal with them ever again. Oh and don't bother calling around or after 2:30 on Saturday to make your payment they shut the system down and won't take any payments. If you ask them why not they say we don't get paid for over time.. there card system takes 3 minutes to shut down..
