I acquired Reinhart's services back in February to do an initial inspection of my home for sale. The report Reinhart provided included several items of note (mostly cosmetic). The report didn't highlight other structural and functional issues which I was aware of which would have affected the home sale, however. I hired another inspector recently, and he found all of the remaining known issues and several other functional ones as well (see my other Yelp reviews if curious). I strongly advise looking for another inspector service, unless your goal is to offload your home quickly. The benefit of their inspection wasn't worth the price I paid. read more

Overall great & stress free experience- we had our home inspected while under contract and the inspector Howard was thorough- fully entered crawl space & attic, and walked the roof to get many images and details on the state of the home. Up front, Juli was incredibly responsive on the phone & email and was able to schedule us for several time options within 48hr. Juli was also super helpful for us to understand what would & would not be in scope, and to arrange for the inspector to receive questions & points to focus on - making us comfortable that they would be addressed even though we were unable to attend the inspection appointment. The summary report was very helpful in understanding the maintenance needs of the home and the large-format images were great to reference when reading the report. Howard also included recommendations for methods of fixing small items, which was super helpful as first-time home owners. Howard checked if we had any questions or concerns in all communications.
