I have had this repair service to the house three times to fix the same problem on the same washing…read moremachine. There is a nut that holds the washer drive pulley in place. It was coming loose and dropping down to scrape on the shield that covers the pulley thus making a heck of a noise. On the first visit, the repair person tightened the nut and all was well for a couple of months. Then, the noise again. I called them and said I was having the same issue and out he comes to do the same thing for another fee. A couple of months later and the same issue comes up again. This time, I told them to either use a nyloc nut or use red locktite on the threads or both to stop the nut from coming loose. He came out (third time) and tightened up the nut again. A couple of months later, same issue. This time I did the work myself. I checked the nut and it was loose again. There was NO evidence of locktite on the threads. I tightened the nut and used red locktite and am waiting to see what happens. BYW, I gave a review on George Jones website to the above affect and he did not post it. Guess he is only interested in positive reviews. I am not real upset with them but would have expected a price break or a phone call after their repair person failed to fix the problem three times. Probably won't be using them again.

We were out of town and came back to find our freezer door stuck shut with excessive ice buildup, which he defrosted using a steamer, found the defective part, had his colleague stop by the store to pick up and drop off the part, while he kept working at melting the frozen ice away. He was very polite and gave us clear explanations every step of the process, cleaned up the entire area where he worked, and even wiped down the outside of the refrigerator, Lol. Professional, meticulous, awesome customer service! I highly recommend, and will always use Morrow appliance.

I asked if he did a diagnosis test, he started spinning the knows, i was trying to show him how I did the diagnosis that showed me an error code, he then looked back into his phone to want to charge me for coming out. I do not think he knew what he was doing.
