I went through my Sears Home Warranty and Appliance Plus came out for our washing machine. He knew exactly what was wrong with it in just a few minutes and ordered the part. It actually came in earlier than expected and they put us right on the schedule. Our machine was only down for a week. Washed two loads last night and so far, so good! They gave our10 year old Kenmore Elite a new lease on life and bought us some more time. Very courteous and prompt! read more

This is the worse business for appliances. I will never refer a person to this place. My 3 door whirlpool Fridge freezer went out. They added the Freon 3wks later. Then that lasted 1wk. Took 2wks to bring a broken replacement. Don't make ice , water does not wk, and the bottom drawer did not fit. It was the wrong one. So, doors can not close. Had to take it out. They Rod said it will take 2 days to get it fixed. That was 3 months ago. Every time I call or go up there. More B.S. said they were going to deliver 4 refigerators. None have been delivered. Now, I am taking them to court. They are full of waste. read more

I purchased almost $5k in appliances here, which were supposed to be scratch and dent but fully functional. Three out of four were broken, and the fourth did not have all the pieces. The fridge didn't work for weeks until we paid out of pocket for repairs, the microwave has a short, and the range had a seriously dangerous gas leak that we thankfully caught. I gave Roderick multiple opportunities to repair the appliances, and after waiting for days for no-show repairmen (I eventually realized he was shopping around for the cheapest option and getting quotes) asked for a refund-- I was happy to get them out, get my money back, and go our separate ways. He refused, and now we're going to have to settle in small claims. read more

Stay away from these crooks! They have been "trying to fix" my parents washer for weeks. It's always something with them... 1st part didn't fix the issue and now every part they order is broken, used, not right, ect. They had a appt last Tuesday from 3pm-5pm and they called around 10am informing my parents they were on the way. My parents explained to them that they were not home but could drop what they were doing and be there within a few hours and would called them when they got there. When they got home and called the wife (who answers the calls and books appts) she told them that he was over booked?! Even though she is the one who set the appt the previous week?! The time came and went and no one showed, my parents called until 10pm with to answer. The next day they called all day to see why they didn't show for their appt and why they were ignored just to be ignored again all day. I finally call Thursday too find out what their issue was just for her to be more upset with my frustration rather than apologizing for them failing to do their job. Husband called later to see if "we want the part out on or not?!" No apologies no explaining and just got quiet when confronted about them not showing up or ignoring them. You do not disrespect customers, fail to fix the issue for weeks, not show up to appt, and ignore customers for days just for them to welcome you with open arms! We contacted our warranty company and they had told them we refused service?! What service? The one they didn't show up for or wouldn't answer the phone for?! Just to finally call and be rude with us like it's our fault he couldn't do his job?! Never use this company! You will be sorry! read more

I called Appliance Plus to repair my gas oven. They were able to come the next day. The serviceman, Chuck Bryant was professional, efficient, friendly and skilled. I would highly recommend this business. I got his from a neighbor who was also very pleased with the service but has not written a comment. read more

Stay away. Chuck took my $75 service charge money. Then never followed up. They left me 2 weeks without a fridge. Numerous calls from me and my home warranty company. Two weeks later, they assign a new repair company. read more

Please, STAY AWAY from this company. They are completely unreliable. I was suspicious of a company that uses a cell phone instead of a land line and went against my better judgement. They are unresponsive, declines calls and does not honor service commitments. It is best to go with a reputable company such as Sears and pay the higher cost. Fridge died the week before Christmas. It was under warranty - warranty company could not get to it for a week! Called these folks and they were there in 2 hours and fixed it for 150 bucks! Who needs to pay for and expensive worthless warranty when all you need to do is call these guys and all your problems are solved. STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I needed dishwasher repair and Appliance Plus was assigned to the case by my home warranty company. They called me on a Wednesday (on my cell phone) and scheduled an appointment for the next day at 3 pm. I took half a day off of work to meet the technician at my house. At 4:30 pm, I called because they missed the appointment and the lady who answered informed me that they rescheduled me to the following Wednesday (a week out). When I asked why someone hadn't called me to inform me of this, she said she tried to call me. I told her it was my cell number and I had not missed a call from her, and asked her if she had left a message, she very rudely said "Sir, you've been rescheduled to next Wednesday, what do you want to do?". When I told her that was very unprofessional, she replied "Whatever", and hung up on me. I wish I had read other reviews prior to accepting an appointment from this company. None of them are good. read more
