If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Needed a dryer repaired. Called 1/2/24. Got a call back the next morning and my technician, Jarvis was at my house almost immmediately that day. He diagnosed the problem but needed to get a part so he came back today to finish the job. Miss Campbell in their office kept me informed of his schedule through the entire process. He arrived on time, quickly replaced the bad part and we are up and running. Great work and thanks for restoring my faith in great service. I have a Frigidaire double wall oven Simple service with Jarvis Shephard. The owner was sent to repair it with authorization under my extended warranty. The fire alarm had gone off with on the oven over three weeks ago and it was unusable. The fire department came and said either the thermostat or the control panel was defective and the temperature and the oven went to almost 600° within 10 minutes when it was set at 400°, the owner of Simle Service Appluance came in sas the cracks that have been made by the expansion of the metal when heated to extreme temperatures and then cracked upon the contraction of the metal when the oven finally cooled off after the fire department cut the breakers I have talked with Fire and there was no rust in my oven yet when Jarvis called this in. He was muted on his phone. He said technical in Asia with the Philippines did not like for the customer to be hearing what was being said they wrote that my ovens were rusted and this is why they cracked. This was not true. He would not call them back and tell them that the Asian technician had changed the information and that my ovens were not rusted and that this did not cross the crack. He did not investigate the real issue he will not return calls. I would not recommend this man under any circumstances to repair an appliance for me, if you are not really good, but the Philippines in the Asia rule, and all these women are so afraid of being taken out their authorization list because of him they have denied me and lies. They have denied me my extended warranty money. Beware if you call this service. read more

Simple Appliance Repair did a great job for us. We had our Frigidaire range repaired. The company gave us an estimated time and then called before the technician arrived. A part needed to be ordered and the repair was made on the following day. Jarvis, the technician who serviced our appliance, is very professional, courteous, and efficient. We highly recommend this company's service. The cost of the repair was in the range of estimates that we found online. read more

Will always call Simple Appliance because they go above and beyond. Had issues with a Frigidaire refrigerator and they really did a great job getting it fixed. Also was able to fix my wine cooler and stand along ice makers. read more

If I could leave a ZERO that is what I would give this company. They are completely inept. They tell you one thing and then another consistently. The truth doesn't matter. GE set us up with this repair company to replace an ice maker on a refrigerator that was 2 months old. The Simple Appliance tech came out and said the ice maker needed replacing and said he would call us when the part came in. We waited 6 weeks. I called Mrs. Campbell and she said, "Oh no, the part was sent to you." It was not. I expressed during the original service call that the home is a short term rental and no one would be there to accept the part. The tech said that it wasn't a problem, they would order it and return to install it when they received it. Another 4 weeks, GE sent another Ice maker. I set up another appointment with Simple Appliance with Mrs. Campbell for 8/8/23. She said between 8-5. Here it is 8/4/23 and I call Mrs. Campbell and ask why they didn't show up and she says, we don't have a ticket for your service call. Unbelievable! They had the ticket to make the appointment, but when the day of the appointment is actually here, they don't call to cancel nor show up. Please call another company if you actually want the work done. This company is a failure! read more

This company is apparently a "third party vendor" for GE appliances. GE set up an appointment for 12/10/2020, and they accepted the work request, but I have yet to hear from them. Called and left a message. No return call. Called again, went to voicemail. Called again and mailbox is full. Not a good way to run a business. Change my mind and I'll change my review. read more
