Gina was our main realtor and Jeannine also supported us in the search for our first home. Both were available and responsive to any questions or concerns about the process day or night. It was definitely a team effort. They truly make sure you are cared for. As first-time homebuyers in a competitive market, this was comforting at times when we might not has undestood all of the real estate jargon and costs associated with escrow. The tips and information given to us along the way were helpful in knowing what to worry about and what not to worry about. We were also aided in finding home insurance broker in a time when most major home insurance companies have left California (boo), including one we currently have for other services and were planning to use again for home insurance. We never felt rushed and both Gina and Jeannine worked with our schedules which is not always the easiest thing to do. If it wasn't for this, we wouldn't even have had a chance to see the house before or make an offer before offers were due on the house we bought. They worked well with other realtors in getting any information we needed. Our realtors had the foresight to look at sewer lateral (I would have never thought to even look at this as a contigency and it is a good thing we did!) and include cleaning as part of closing. We just had some realtives just close on a house as well and they wished they had put cleaning as part of their closing. It was a smooth process through and through.
