This should have been a huge red flag, however we proceeded, based on others reviews. The initial installation went well, however it took a week longer than expected. The big disappointment came with maintenance. Two months later and the majority of our plants have died, the irrigation lines, which were not buried properly, keep popping out if the ground, and our yard looks terrible. It is an embarrassment to the neighborhood, which I assume they recognize as they removed their sign from our yard when the plants began dying. We have made repeated phone calls, texts, and messages, however they still have yet to come by the property and make the needed corrections. Most of the time we get a noncommittal "I'll stop by", which never happens or they cancel appoints day of (after they were supposed to have arrived) at the last minute after I confirmed a few hours earlier. All in all this experience has been extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and certainly not worth the thousands of $$s spent.

This was a large, somewhat complex project and Team Bronco definitely came through for us. Their crews are very courteous, friendly, contentious and efficient. Alfredo's price was lower than all the other bids I received and they did quality work in a timely manner. There were a few "cleanup" items m, like unfilled gaps, small landscaping things and one or two uneven surfaces and Alfredo came out and fixed them without being asked. These guys did a great job. The project probably took longer than if we had hired a large company with tens of employees but I think the wait was worth it because Team Bronco really cared about the project and treated it like it was their home. We would definitely recommend them and use them again for any concrete projects.
