When we first started planning, I wasn't sure how I wanted to proceed regarding what type of a patio I wanted and how I wanted the turf to be placed.  Jose worked with me and gave me some good ideas.  There was no rush or pressure and we took our time to make sure the plans were to my liking. When they started the job, the workers arrived on time everyday and they clearly knew what they were doing.  Since I am retired, I watched a lot.  They worked hard even though the days were quite warm, and yes, I gave them water and Gatorade. As they did the job, there were a few details I questioned about and I requested adjustments.  They handled these easily and quickly. When they were about finished, they handled the clean-up very well and even took care of a few things that were not planned. The whole job took about 10 days to complete.  During a final inspection, there were a couple more adjustments needed so they handled those as well. He even had the nerve to ask if I still wanted him to come out another day. Daniel and Zeke started the fence early Monday morning and finished it that afternoon. They had the small gate finished by Tuesday afternoon, and the big gate was done by Wednesday afternoon. Daniel even came back Thursday after the work had been finished because he wasn't happy about one of the wobbly posts on the small gate, so he came back to secure it to the adjacent wall so it would be more secure. The team was very quick to communicate progress updates, issues, etc., and answer any questions or address any concerns. After seeing how great the fence turned out, my husband said he wishes we'd had MPI replace the rest of the fencing around our yard (it's still in good condition and rather a low priority). Needless to say, we'll definitely ask MPI to come back and do the rest of the fence once we've knocked out some higher-priority projects around our house!
