I hate going to the laundromat. Hate it. I love this laundromat, though, and it's one of the best ones I've ever used. Super clean. Reasonably priced ($2.00 for single load with about 50 cents to dry). Next to a doughnut shop - yum! - and a place to get hot food. The benches inside are comfy. Very rude people. We only go here because we don't have big washers and dryers at home and also it's 24 hours which is great so we like to make big loads of towels and blankets to wash and these people just literally talk behind your back in Spanish. There were more than just a few customers I've heard who have complained already about the machines messing up on them and they didn't want to give a refund until you had to actually put up a big argument. We brought some towels from the beach this last visit so it did come with sand and we were fanning it out in the trash can but some sand flew on the floor so my husband offered to sweep it away but the worker just told us it was dangerous and did it himself so we apologized and then the short older Hispanic lady said "mas stupido" and they went to their little counter and started talking. Acting like we can't understand what they're saying just because we look Asian. Also the prices went up and the amount of time for drying went down. It used to be 20 minutes but now it's 15 minutes. They offer WiFi but it's so slow now, the first time we came here it was great which is why we loved it. We saw the owner once and the owner was really nice and set up fans cause it was so hot, but these workers are just plain rude. Time to find another place to do laundry. Oh and I agree with the other person who said the dryers don't stay closed the whole time too. This is my absolute favorite Laundromat to go to in Northridge!! It is always a clean and well kept place. Plenty of chairs to sit on. Even a massage chair!! Snack machines and arcade games, two TVs. Clean and open 24 hours 7 days a week. How could you not like this laundromat. There are many 24-7 laundromats throughout LA and San Fernando counties. This is the best one I have been to so far. The workers are always on their job and friendly. My money doesn't get stolen by the machines here. I never have to fight for a washer or dryer like normally. Their laundry services were usually pretty good, although one time they brought me all of laundry wrinkled; and the prices are good, but the problem is, there's always some issue and they don't answer the phone most of the time and they don't call back. I've had them leave someone else's pants. I've also had them not show up to pick up my laundry and I had a lot of laundry sitting in my living room by the door waiting for them. And now, the final insult that tells me they aren't very trustworthy, is they didn't bring back my personal soap I sent with the laundry. It was a large, brand new bottle of Arm & Hammer sensitive skin and I got ahold of the guy once and he said he would get it and bring it to me, but he never did and won't answer my calls anymore. I'm done with all these issues. I just want my laundry picked up, washed, dried and brought back to me looking good, but there seems to be issues in every step of the process. read more

One of the best laundry mats I've ever been to. It's super clean, lots of machines, and has two huge areas to fold your clothes. Well priced!!!! There are vending machines with both snacks and drinks, free wifi, a charging station for your phones...There's even an area for little kids to play, and two awesome video games. :) The parking lot is pretty small though so I wouldn't recommend coming during a busy time of the day. read more

These guys help me out so much when I bring them 50lbs of laundry + 20lbs comforter. So clean and fresh every time. They offer same day at $1.50 per pound but if you aren't in a rush it's 1 dollar per pound for next day for fluff and fold. So happy to have found these guys. read more

Very close to my job and I needed this place in a pinch today when my new self serve carwash location let me down wit not having a coin dispenser. This place has signs all over that the coins are only for patrons so somehow I was able to slide in and get coins then I slid out. Doubtful that I will do laundry here but never say never because I do workout at work for lunch and maybe I can bring in a clothes hamper then use this place...hmmm, I will think about that. read more

This laundromat is located in the end of a small corner plaza. The front looks meh, but don't let it stop you. I was amazed as soon as I walked in. Everything is neat and clean! It looks very well-maintained! I mean, the walls, the washers, the dryers, the vending machines, a couple of arcade games, the folding areas - WITH CHAIRS, the CHARGING area for when you wanna work on something or just charge something.. I mean, I can go on and on. And so with curiosity, I perused every aisle and every machine is working! PLUS, there's an available staff at reach behind this quaint glass window. Rosa (check picture) is the one in charge today, and she's a nice lady and does the job well. The place is so clean, it makes me really wanna maintain it! I even found myself wiping the spillage/spurts from the washers I was using. Let's do our part and help keep this place well worth our time! I drive a good distance (from Sylmar to Northridge) to come to this particular laundromat because it's the best one I've been to in the Valley. It's usually quiet even when it is busy which makes it a pleasant experience. It's always very clean as well! The prices here are also very good. The owner and the employees are attentive and basically every time I come in the owner will say "hi" and give free water bottles out to customers. It is always a good temperature inside as well, no matter the time of year, which is also nice. For a laundromat that's open 24-7 this is clean, has entertainment and the vibes are surprisingly not to bad. It's my new found favorite. I literally just left and it's now 12:52am. It has about 3 flat screen tv's and instead of playing some marketing program back to back it had friends on lol. I actually really like that show plus a couple other people doing laundry we're watching to. So instead of playing my Netflix I actually watched what they had on. They have games to for adults and kids there's a atm and two change dispensers. They have WiFi and it's super CLEAN it's nice to be at a laundromat where it's actually clean. There wasn't any homeless people or people causing a scene smelt amazing and there's a guy who works there if you need help but he was just cleaning and minding his business. read more

It's a coin laundry place so the expectations shouldn't be all that much. However, the hot cycle on 2 of my 3 washers wasn't hot at all and probably the worse part is that the front load washers are kept sealed at all times locking in a horrible musty odor which I prefer not to have on my clothes. Very little seating. Not much close by. Sad vending selections. No wifi. TV was Spanish only(all 16 inches of it). Don't waste your time. This laundromat is open 24/7 which is extremely convenient. I come here to do my loads. The location is not the best, but the place itself is kept clean. The machines are clean. There's tv, vending machines, and like two arcade games. The attendant is friendly and very helpful. He is always around. Some of the people who come here are kind of sketchy but nothing to panic about. Overall, it is a decent place to come do laundry late at night. My first review, and it's of a laundromat. Sadly, my plumbing decided to fail on Super Bowl Sunday, so I had a couple of weeks of laundry that needed to be done until I got to use house again. Which won't be for awhile. This laundry was on the way to an appointment, got good reviews, and it was claimed it had WiFi so I could get some work done. Positives: * Spotlessly clean. Frankly, my laundry room isn't this clean. In fact, I'm embarrassed. * Lots of machines, with lots of choices. If you have a big load, or need to wash that huge comforter, they've got machines for it. * Huge dryers that really dry. Warning: don't overpay. I put in enough money for an hours worth of drying, and my huge 2 weeks load was done in 25 minutes. * Work tables with outlets for your laptop. * Lots of laundry carts for you to move and fold your laundry. Negatives: * Tight parking. Really tight parking. * No WiFi. Don't believe whatever is written here, but I asked. There's no WiFi, unless someone was able to hack to the neighbor's WiFi connection. * Larger machines are very expensive. However, I'm not an expert on laundromats, as this is the first one I've visited in 20 years! I don't really have much of a comparison point, but I just thought those of you looking for a laundry ought to know that it doesn't have WiFi, if you were planning to do some work. read more

My Sister Cristina and I have a trip tomorrow to Sacramento, but a bunch of dirty clothes. I must admit we have been procrastinating for a couple of days and waited until 1pm to wash our clothes. I am so happy that this place is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It really is a life saver in my situation. Not to mention how clean it is, it really gives me a great feeling compared to other places. Since I am new to this place I really didn't know how to use the washing machines. I looked at my sister for some feed back assuming that since she is a woman she knows how to work the machines. She just looked back at me with a similar confused look on her face. At this point in time Gustavo was an amazing help, he really knew what he was talking about. He went into detail on how the machines washes the clothes and how much clothes on each machine would be ideal to get the best clean. Due to the other Yelpers, I decided to give this place a try. It wasn't hard to find and yes the parking is limited and tight. I went on a Tuesday morning after 10am and It was maybe a handful of people in there. I was able to find the washers I needed without a problem. They have your standard top loading washers ($1.25 per load) as well as the front standing ones (they start at $2.00 and up). The place is clean and there was a maintenance guy there making sure everything stayed in order. They have vending machines for laundry items, one filled with snacks and a soda machine. The bathroom was clean and nice too! They have plenty of dryers ($0.25 for 14 minutes). All in all, I would definitely return. I don't know how busy this place would get on the weekend, but it is open 24 hours! A great place to do laundry and it's nice and cool on the inside!! read more
