Very happy I found this laundry place. Very wide selection of washers; small, medium, heavy, and extra heavy (for blankets). The same goes for the dryers. I use the extra heavy machines to wash blankets and pillows. Which is a reasonable price. $6.00/.50 washer, $.25/ 15 mins for dryer. Which I end up spending at least $.50 on the dryer. The place is very clean! Glad to see a clean laundry after so many years of me going to half-ash mediocre ones. There are also some arcade games and a vending machine to hit up to let your time go by fast. I would say, expect to be there for an 1 hour or 1 hour and a half to do your business. Oh, and they just added stools for people to sit on! This is great because aside from the middle aisle benches, there are no benches on the side aisles to watch your clothes dry. Get's tiring standing around for 20 minutes watching your clothes get clean. read more

This is the only place out of the 5 I went to that you don't have to worry finding a place to sit. :) CON - I may have gone on a bad day. There was some food left over on the table that they did not bother tossing away in the trash. They have a pay as you use computer there but the computer runs too slow and you can't do much on them anyway. I say they need to get rid of it or update the computer there. It's waste of money. This is just a minor problem but they should clean inside the machine more often. I was able to find a clean machine to use though. :) OVERALL - The best place to go to if you need to do laundry late at night and a place to sit. :) read more

Having a problem with our dryer so came here on a Saturday around 5:00 p.m. to do a week's worth of laundry for our family of 5. Ended up costing about $25 to wash & dry all the clothes. One of the dryer's ate a few of my quarters. I wish they had a card system instead of quarters. Kind of a pain to have to put 16 quarters one at a time into the machine to do a load. This place is in a strip mall so the parking is very limited, but I was able to get the last open spot. On the plus side, the place was clean and not too crowded when I went. They had a couple of small TV's, one was playing soccer in Spanish and the other had the news in English. I couldn't believe they did NOT have the world series on either TV which was very disappointing. Overall this place is fine I guess, but I am hoping to get my dryer fixed so I don't have to return! read more

I can't say enough about this place. Clean, sanitary, the employees are great and ... they give out gifts to their customers and treats! They are truly thoughtful. I didn't realize how great it is to have someone do my laundry for me. I received a coupon as a gift and now use their services often because I feel better with using my time to do other important things. It is so cheap right now and well worth having someone else do my laundry. I treat myself every few weeks to their services and I feel so much better, my family says I am happier and more organized! Friendly attendants that keep the place clean. Been coming here since it first opened with the original owner. My only issues have been with the wear that the dryers have taken. They are beat up with some of them not staying closed and the timing not being consistent. Some have 20 minutes some 17 per quarter not sure why the difference. Now it looks like now most have been lowered to 14 min/quarter. You also have to be careful which ones you use because there's 2 specific ones that have damaged my clothes because there's something thats grabbing on to them like a nail or screw. You will know when you hear the dryer making a scraping sound. read more

I've been coming to this laundromat for a month or so and I've enjoyed coming here it's never too busy. I seen a sign for free donuts Wednesday mornings btwn 9-10am so I brought my son with me this morning to wash and they didn't provide the donuts. The worker said it's only if the owner shows up. So I just wanted to let you guys know if that's what's drawing you in to this laundromat don't count on the donuts being there. On the other hand it is open 24 hours and there were only 3 customers here this morning so all the washers and dryers were open. read more

I came here expecting it to be a run down place given it's open 24 hours but the owner seems to know what he is doing (not to mention he is super nice as well!!!) highly recommended and I will be coming back here no matter what. Very clean, lots of types of washers - regular, 25 lb, 40 lb, & two 75 lb. Lots of dryers & two large (Very hot) dryers. Even have someone actually working here. He came and greeted each person who came in while i was there. Nothing pushy just "hi how are you" kind of thing, some customers even knew him by name. I love coming here to wash. Even when Im there during their busy times there is still available machines, and places to go nearby while I wait for my laundry (Fosters Donuts and Brian's Cafe). The owner is very attentive and is always seen working on something while also talking to customers. The machines are also decently priced for a coin laundry, with a medium and small load plus two machines for drying adding to under $10. I hadn't come to this laundromat in years. I used to come here with my parents back when I was in middle skool. It looks a lot different than the last time I had come. It changed in the good way. They have vending machines. Arcade machines. They even have table section where u can do ur homework n charge ur phone. On top of that there's a donut shop right next door. The attendant is pretty nice. She isn't rude and she seems to enoje been here maintaining the place lookin clean. And as a plus. She's pretty cute ;). read more

Yes, this place is clean and open for 24 hours but that's the only thing it has going for it. Some of the machines have a delay (I experienced 3 with this delay). If you put money in them, nothing happens... Until you put more quarters in and add more time than you needed. I placed 2 quarters in one machine and when nothing happened, I went to the dryer next to it and added quarters. About a minute later, the original dryer started to work and I had now spent double on the dryer, which I didn't need. I asked the lady behind the counter for help and she was so rude and told me there was nothing wrong with the machines so she could not give me my money back. She argued with me for five minutes about how there is nothing wrong with the machines. There was never an apology out of her mouth. Rude service. read more

Best laundromat in the area. Lots of machines (and almost none ever out of service) in a variety of sizes. Premises are always very clean. Also a lot of clean surfaces for folding clothes, along with plenty of seating area. There are some video machines, though I prefer to read; it's quiet enough to do so. Always someone on the premises--friendly and helpful. They also offer laundry services, though I haven't used them myself. I've recommended R&R to several people who agree that it's the best. I live a half mile from a different laundromat but use this one instead. It's worth the extra distance. read more

Does anyone else wait over a month to do laundry? I must say I have been guilty of hoarding dirty clothes to the point that I begin to wear the clothes that hardly fit me. Let' be real: it happens. I brought bags upon bags of clothes to be laundered and I'm usually hesitant to use the larger washing machines because they cost more. I gave in and filled up four 40 pound washers and I noticed that those workhorses really take a lot to fill them up. I probably could have consolidated but it's good to now know how well they work. In the end, using the larger machines cost less money and less time. This laundromat is exceptionally clean. There was an employee cleaning machines and mopping the floor every time one was done being used. Since I arrived late on a Friday evening to wash, it wasn't crowded at all either. As great as it is that they are open 24/7, it's still a rather sketchy area and I really don't want to be there alone. There was a creepy guy that lingered around watching and talking to some women. My fiance made a slight mention of this to the employee and the owner, George, and it was taken care of immediately. I've never experienced such consistent and efficient customer service, least of all in a laundromat. The guys were super friendly and helpful and it's reassuring to know they care about the service they provide. read more

This place is way better than the place I was going to! It is a bit smaller in comparison but I had no problem finding an empty washer or dryer. I went here based on the reviews that it got on yelp! This place is cleaner and the staff is friendly and helpful! I had a problem with one of the machines and was helped right away. I did have some questions and concerns that weren't mentioned in the reviews. So here's to future customers: They do have change machines. It'll take bills only. All machines work through quarters The cheapest one I believe was $1.75. They do sell soap and other laundry good behind the counter They have a vending machine (wasn't working when I went though) They have a fan They have the marvel versus capcom arcade game and some other one I forgot to take note of. My kids pulled out the softener tray and inside of the machine had black mold! I moved to three different machines. All with mold! So nasty.

I have to give them 5 stars. Amazing facility with wifi. Being a Csun student anywhere with free wifi is great. Able to get school work done and my laundry. I always go late at night and my boyfriend and I are always safe here. The owner is usually there which makes it ten times better. They offer free dryers to CSUN students so that is a major plus. So happy when i saw the OPEN sign and 24 hrs everyday yeay =) it is clean and there is helpers there they take care of it like spic and span, Mr. Clean i think the owner looks like him. I am here now doing my laundry at 4 in the morning =) beat the crowd thank God!! Well if you can not sleep at night and have too do laundry then head over here right before Parthenia.. I give it thumbs up!!! All machines are brand new they even have internet pay per use and a printer too. The also provide wifi which i am using right now. they have vending machines. Great laundromat! Attendant is constantly bustling around cleaning, and you can tell! The place looks very clean. It's quiet and small and I had plenty of space to fold and move my stuff around. I recently visited here and the people are rude and they didn't know how many loads were able to fit in a washer when I asked they had an attitude it makes it uncomfortable washing there. The free bag that is given on yelp is a trash bag and the laundry detergent is a small cup. Now it's not all bad the machines are pretty up to date, it also looks clean, they have great arcade games and snack machines. The prices are a little high vs the ones I've been to. $4 to wash in maybe 3 load washer and $6.75 for a 6 load washer, for 30 minutes in the giant dryers it's only 50 cents for the medium heat setting and 25 cents for 12 minutes on high heat. It is also located in a small shopping center next to mom and pap food shops. Hope this helped ! read more
