Prices for movies are great. They get you on the food prices. Always friendly staff. Seats do not recline.

Met my hubby to go watch a movie because he was in town for work. Service and the experience was great. Only thing was no free refills on drinks or popcorn. This place has to catch up to the times. We are visit from out of town for spring break. The front lobby, hallways and even bathrooms are a ruse! They are all very clean and nice. Walked into theater 10 the first one on the right across from the men's restroom and immediately got hit with the smell of a dead animal. I'm not even joking I wish I was. The seats, carpet, and cup holders were completely disgusting! They have lights so dark at all times so you don't see the filth all around you! You can't tell me there aren't roaches and rats living in this filth. No wonder the parking lot was empty on $3.25 ticket night. If they don't do a DEEP clean and this point replace all of the seating they will for sure be going out of business soon! We won't be returning! Look up Film alley in Bastrop that's my home theater and it's so we'll keep! Take some notes from them! read more

It was a nice theater, my grandson and I enjoyed our Movies the prices were the same as every other theater I've ever been to if not a tad cheaper. The Staff was very polite and helpful and the theater was clean and pleasant. I would recommend anybody to go here to watch a movie. read more

This place is horrible. The staff is rude. The theatre is not very clean or current. The sound was so bad that I could barely hear the movie. I had an empty cup I wanted to use for water, and they wouldn't let me in. I have to use their tiny cup or nothing. They said no outside food or drink. I pointed out that I was not bringing anything in, just a cup for water, and they said no, that I couldn't come in. I will not come here again and do not recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to watch a movie. In this day that it's easier to stream a movie, I'd rather drive further than come to this horrible theatre. read more

What a piss poor managed place this is. When it takes 20+ minutes to simply order popcorn, drink & tickets, you know you are in trouble. Appeared to be several new hires attempting to learn on the fly vs. any prior training or proactive approach to onboarding. Lastly, the biggie for me was my gift card would not work and nobody knew how to solve the problem. (Manager running a register and too busy to be bothered) Gave blood 2 weeks ago and one of the "perks" was a free movie ticket. Attempted to redeem 8/1/24 but card would not scan. This is the only movie theater around so enjoy the availability! The prices are way cheaper than in our market. The seats were comfortable, the popcorn was better than most of our much more expensive theaters. They limit bags to 12 inches by 12 inches and have you open bags to be searched going in. The people were friendly and the service was good. It was fairly easy to purchase tickets online and then they emailed them to me. We saw a matinee of a movie that released today so I was worried it would sell out. The theater was probably about half full. All matinees are $6. read more

We're lucky to have a movie theater in Kerrville. Other reviewers thought the service was slow and were mad about having to go inside to purchase tickets. So what! It's a movie theater not a life or death situation. Besides, It's either very hot or cold or raining outside and being where the temperature is good is way better than standing outside. Plus, we're just going to go inside the movie room of choice and sit there to watch trailers and advertisments. And, the prices elsewhere are way higher. Cut these people some slack. One thing that I never understood is how we have one person working the front counter and a line of 50 people patiently waiting. There should definitely be more people working. Then once you get your tickets, there's only two people working the concession stands which causes you to wait in an even longer line! I wish this theater would get updated with society and allow us to purchase our tickets online and have reserve seating. It would make life so much easier and more tech savvy . Went to the movies for a nice evening. The manager (related to owners- nepo baby) decided he wanted to look in my wife's purse. Not a big purse but we just bought drinks so he decided to search her. She refused of course. She asked for his boss and he refused. A girl working there said she would refund our tickets. We went to the ticket counter and she started the process. The manager was talking crap about my wife and she told him that he didnt have the right to do that. He told the worker to stop the refund and called the cops. The polite officer asked him to give us the refund and he refused. Police said it is a civil matter. We then left. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever. The manager has a Napoleon Complex. No other customers were searched in the 30 minutes we were there. read more

We decided to go see a movie on a Wednesday afternoon & what a treat it was. For less than the price to rent it at home, we got to experience a visual & audio treat WITH popcorn! The whole place was spotless & the staff was welcoming. The restroom was shining & I checked...not one piece of trash on the entire floor! I do hope we will all begin supporting our local theaters. Hate to say it. But you would be better off going to Boerne or San Antonio to get a great movie experience. I worked there for 2 years followed the rules and proper operations and they still cut corners and cheated customers . Terrible management. We went in with a couple water bottles, didn't try to hide them or anything. Sat down for maybe a minute then the young guy who took our tickets came in and said we had to give him the bottles. No problem there. Before we handed it over my buddy with the bottle asked if he could get a drink before the movie started. Young guy said sure. Manager we hadn't noticed got angry and shouted across the theatre that we needed to leave. We insisted it was water, told them to test it, just give it a sniff or something. They didn't care. Sticky, dirty and smelly for starters. Can buy tickets online but still have to stand in slow super inefficient line to print the tickets. Please make it so we can buy and PRINT tickets online so we can just walk in. Be as good as your competition. Small town doesn't have to mean small mind. Being able to reserve your seat would be nice as other theaters do that and it is a much more pleasant movie going expert You can't see what is playing unless you park and walk up to window. Sign too small. Mid managed is being polite. Today there were 6 people behind the counter. I went there today. The box office in front was closed. "Purchase tickets inside." So, I go inside. The electronic marquis that shows the movies and times was broken. I had to go outside, again. I go outside, and taped to the glass with some scotch tape were several 8.5 x 11 pieces of paper with movie times on them. These were computer printouts. I go inside, and the place is a mess. The floors were dirty. I then remembered that theater 4 has sound problems, so, I just left. I shouldn't have to fight to have a good time. read more

Seriously, this place is screwed up. Why the hell do you sell tickets to a movie that you know has audio issues?? Went to see Ready Player One and had about 30 seconds of no audio near the beginning and when I went out to tell them, they said it will happen 1 more time. What??? You actually know there is a problem it don't care to fix it? Actually happened 4 total times. Don't waste your money with this screwed up movie theater. Why won't I learn? Just go to BOERNE, Fredericksburg or San Antonio for movies. This place is ridiculous! "Oh I'm sorry, we're out of large cups, tubs for popcorn, etc...". This place also needs a thorough scrubbing! The theatre smells so bad. Moldy and stale as well as sticky floors. Things have gone even further downhill here. Don't waste your time on the nachos. The cheese cup is barely 1 oz of cheese and you'll have at least half a bag left of chips. $4.75 wasted. read more

Went to take my son and his girlfriend to the movies. They evidently no longer have ticket purchase at the window. Instead, you are directed yo the " ticket kiosk" inside . Great idea, I guess..... except it only accepts credit/ debit cards, and is very slow. There were 24 people in line in front of us. 1 kiosk.... not smart. My son decided Justice League wasn't worth the hassle. We went elsewhere My suggestion is to go to Boerne. That's what we will be doing. read more

They just reopened recently. I went on a busy movie night after the holidays and it was total chaos There wasn't an employee to buy tickets from at the outside window, you had to purchase from the kiosks or snack bar. The kiosks and snack bar is in the same area so people didn't know what lines to stand in and it was very crowded. By the time it was my turn at the kiosk, the movie started so it wouldn't let you buy tickets. So then I had to stand in the snack bar line. Total time I spent in lines- 35 minutes. Totally ridiculous - I won't return. May as well drive to Boerne for a much better experience. read more

LOL you don't have another choice. I like the staff. They're fun, especially cute girl in the glasses with the elephant tattoo. What I don't like are some of the patrons. I went to see a movie at the same time Magic Mike was showing (I definitely love men, but the idea of an oily guy shaking his junk around grosses me out, so I never saw it), a bunch of drunk girls were leaving. We later found out that the people cleaning the theater never found so many little liquor bottles at the end of a movie. I also hate how there are so many middle school dates taking place here, and all of them profess their love by putting each other's hands in their back pockets in the concession line, and making out during the entire movie. Why are you going to pay $7 to make out? I'm here to get my money's worth. Again, it's the only movie theater in town. If my boyfriend and I are in town and there's something we REALLY want to see (and drink a beer while watching it), we'll drive forty-five minutes to San Antonio to go to The Palladium, but that's really rare. They also don't show "controversial" movies, so when my friends and I wanted to see Black Swan a couple of years ago, again we drove to the Palladium. The Palladium is pretty badass though, so I don't really mind. Overall, it's really not that bad of a theater, and on par with the cleanliness of Austin (or other "big-city") theaters. read more

Our church along with a few others had a special showing on Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. to see the Premier of "Heaven is For Real" and it was amazing. We had the red carpet treatment and the parking lot was FULL. If you haven't seen this movie, go see it and take your friends. The stadium seating is comfortable and the staff is friendly. I have driven to the Palladium to watch movies and I think it is way... over-rated. I appreciate having a theater here and will patronize it. I think if you have a problem with the cleanliness, you should tell management, NOT paste it all over the I-net. Also, usually the spilled popcorn is caused by the patrons and it would help if they cared more about picking up after themselves. We have a small market here and we get a good selection of movies. read more

This is a pretty decent movie theater and if you live in or around Kerrville, then you know this town is lucky to have some form of entertainment for kids & adults. Being from Fredericksburg, it is worth the drive to come here and have a "date night" rather than stay in and rent a movie. The prices are a little steep, but I understand its getting hard for movie theaters to stay alive these days. The staff is pretty nice & welcoming. There is one little shrimpy boy who has been working the concessions for quite a while now and he always makes us laugh when purchasing food/drinks. Being the only theater (that I know of) in Kerrville showing first-run movies, its's not like you have a choice as to where to go in this town. I hope you like sticky floors and dirty concession stands, cause that's what you'll get when you hit this movie theater. Okay, it's not that bad, but close. I've been to this theater countless times and most of the time it's fairly clean, but when it's dirty, it's real dirty. Like, theme park dirty sometimes. The screens are nice, the seats are pretty good, the sound is good. Overall, it's a good place to go with the family to see a movie. Saw my first 3D film there (Star Trek) and was disappointed -- then when I got home and researched the problem, I learned that the disappointing 3D has something to do with a theater's not having -- or bothering to change to -- some spacial projection lens. Until this changes, I'll continue to see regular films there, but not 3D. I've not yet experienced the "filth" (or the middle-schoolers making out) that other reviewers have complained about, and the seats *are* indeed comfortable. I was going to make this a 2-star review, but added an extra star because they employ a special-needs, differently-abled young man as a ticket-taker. Kudos for that, Rio 10. Everything was good but my only problem was the customer service and how long the food took I was waiting there and even though they started the hot dogs before I got there they still weren't done yet and it would have been ok if they were nice about it but the lady that checked me out seemed like she didn't even care but I'll give them 3 stars because I've come to this theater many times and it's usually good. read more

This theater is awesome. We are so lucky to have it here in Kerrville. The staff is amazing and the lines are not very long. You'll always get a warm hill country welcome. The prices are great (half the price of San Antonio) a family can actually enjoy a night out together without having to save for it forever. Even the first run movies have midnight (or even 8 or 11) first showings. Just like the big cities but you don't need to stand in line out in the cold for hours. Just come on in and grab a seat. Just reopened for business. Went two days ago. Popcorn seems better. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Notice that the default for people is saying "go to Boerne" I think the situation in the movie business is what is across all service industries...there's not enough people working there. The system is trying to replace people with machines, the machines don't have their software real time updated (like the movie starts and that selection is blanked out, now must get in people line) and the concessions don't have the manpower to handle food workload , and tickets because a assumption is made you want popcorn when you just want a ticket. Every time I go to Boerne the concession line is nearly out the door and one of the ticket machines is out of paper and no one can leave concessions to reload. There's a serious issue brewing here and each day evidences that the problems are not being remedied by machines. Just takes people to help people, which are not there. read more

I love this theater. We need it in town and it does a good job, but recently the addition of ads is overwhelming. Three visits in a row there have been 20 full minutes of advertising, not previews, from the start time to the beginning of the movie. It is annoying and rude. When a movie starts at 3:40 one expects a bit of advertising and announcements, but to actually see the move being at 4:00 is out of bounds. read more

Pretty good movie theatre. I have been to bigger...but in Kerrville this one is just fine. We go here all the time to watch movies.
