Our pool had no coping, which led to cracked concrete and tiles constantly popping out due to earth movement. He gave us a tile & stone catalog to choose from and invited us to the store to see materials in person but that wasn't necessary in our case. From start to finish, communication was solid. The project took about three weeks and was only delayed by a few rainy days, which was understandable. I appreciate that Saul set up a port-a-potty for the crew. I would not use these guys, they have had to come back 3 times to fix leaks for a spa wall they fixed. The concrete was done so poorly that the owner came out after sending his apprentice to repair. Lied multiple times about his work and agreed it was not finished and told me an other contractor would lie and say his work was good. I am a contractor and I stand to my word.
