I ended this service two months ago. Paid nearly $7k for an entire pool system and still I have issues with the pool. Robert isn't punctual at all and even when I told him his guys weren't showing up. He placed a tracker on his trucks and notice( after multiple clients told him) his employee wants doing his rounds.. when I told Robert "I told you he wasn't coming" he just said yeah I'm sorry but now I let him go and have better guys. His employees (several on different) occasions told me that Robert and his brother sold part of the business to another company.. but that they never show up to pools anymore they just send their team or their son (who doesn't want to work according to the employee) if my old pool man had not had health issues and retire.. I would never have had to push out a fraction of what I did with these guys. In the beginning, they're wonderful.. But after that, be ware!! You'll need to micromanage everything this team does. About 2 may be 3 years a go I reached out to Roberto for pool remodel. Basically change some tiles around the pool and install new pool lights. I supplied the tiles and basically labor to install and parts and labor for light. They did good jobs on tiles and pool light. But not sure if lights were what they said for brand. I might be over charged but at the end of day my pool had little face lift with new lights. I'm happy with that service!! Problem is 2nd part of cleaning the pool weekly. Long story short we agreed to lump sum upfront for year with service with 2 to 3 times of year filter cleaning. Honestly I feel I didn't get that service and I had to haggle him if they cleaner were coming every week. Some time I check my pool camera and not seeing any activity in the pool area but according to Robert guy is coming to clean. Not sure how many cleaner came through my house.... 2nd year because chemicals cost were going up they wanted extra 200 per year. Understandable so I agreed. But again same story as last year. One day I was laying on pool and house guest were in the pool and saw what they were doing to clean the pool. Very simple and easy!! I could do it myself!!! I'm going to pocket that in my bank!!! In end of May, I hired Robert to service our pool which would be scheduled each Friday. In the 8 weeks since, service has happened in only 5 of the weeks, and has been on time only 3 times. I actually have to remind him by text of my appointments otherwise the service wouldn't have even happened those 5 times. His crew often does not show up as scheduled or show up at all. Robert has a habit of telling me he's coming himself around a general time, and will no-show without any warning. I wouldn't hear back from him at all unless I contact him. Lastly, I had algae in my pool and he charged $280 to do two filter cleanings and backwashing. I'm not sure if he ever did the second cleaning. The algae issue is still here. I think Robert has decided to drop me, without any warning of course, because the last two weeks, no one has come to do my pool. Terrible! read more

I had this company out a few weeks ago to repair my backwash system. At the time they did a good job. Weeks later I scheduled them to come back out and do an acid wash on my pool. They advised me they would be out to do the acid wash so I scheduled my day to be home. So I waited for them to come And I waited and I waited. They were no shows. No calls no messages nothing. The next day I contacted them to see if they were still coming out. Again they said they were. Guess what? I waited and waited and waited and again they were no shows. They wouldn't even respond to my text messages. Not sure what happened with this company and why they wouldn't come. I will get another pool company to do the service.
