I highly recommend Orange County Pool Solutions for any spa, pool repairs, maintenance or replacement needs. Philip was the first to return my call knew exactly what I needed, checked equipment and gave me great suggestions and feedback. very knowledgeable of saltwater issues and solutions.

Phil is amazing!! We had Phil come in and do an acid wash and replace our deck seal. We almost had our pool re-plastered but the acid wash made us look almost new. We are super happy with it!!!

Phil has been a great resource for us that goes well beyond weekly cleaning and equipment servicing. In addition to his incredible work ethic he cares about the people he works with. I recently remodeled my pool and spa but couldn't get the temperature in the pool where I wanted it. Phil referred me to someone and discovered the contractor had installed the piping backwards. I appreciate how genuine Phil is and how committed he is to great service!

    A Beautiful Sparkling Pool!

Words can't express how grateful I am for Beachfront Pool service…read more We recently had a new roof put on our house and the roofers did not cover the pool like they promised so there was wood dust, nails and plastic covering the pool floor. Paul was amazing he responded immediately and got to work as soon as he was available. He brought the pool back to life. And right before a holiday weekend. AMAZING!!! I recommend Beachfront Pool to anyone in need of pool service.

We hired Beachfront pools to care for our newly built fiberglass pool in 2022. We used them up…read moreuntil this past June (2026). Paul almost never cleaned or serviced our pool. Two different guys from his company did the cleaning and any maintenance. This past May we went to use the pool and it was filthy. We actually never saw the guy cleaning the pool it just seems like he checked the water. He would throw in our Hayward Shark vacuum and leave. We paid $165 for the basic monthly service then it went up to $175. Almost every other month the bill basically doubled for maintenance like filter cleaning, etc. We were not told of charges beforehand, they would just appear on our monthly bill. We trusted and paid because we wanted to be diligent with the care and upkeep of our pool. The communication was very minimal. So after the charges and negligent service we called Paul and parted ways amiacably. We had also noticed a lot of pooling water around our pool equipment. Our pool equipment is next to the AC unit. When I asked him about it, the guy who was servicing our pool told me he'd checked the equipment and nothing was leaking and that it must be the AC. So after we had cancelled with Beachfront I had my plumber look at the AC. He said the AC was fine and it was clearly the pool heater leaking. Once we hired a new pool serviceman he told us our salt was too high. Then figured out it was our chlorinator that needed replacing. I think it had needed replacing for a while because our automation system had been saying low salt. But Beachfront Pools had just been pouring more salt into it without checking the chlorinator. They were making our pool water way too salty. Apparently the chlorinator needs to be changed often but the heater now needs to be replaced way earlier than it should be. It's only just outside of the warranty windowand it still heats great! Both the new pool serviceman, and the product representative said that the heater is leaking because the pH on our pool water has been off for so long. So now I've not only overpaid Beachfront for years of negligent service but I'm also in over $5000 in repairs because of their negligence. Hope this can save someone else from our mistakes.

Couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Our project manager Tamir was exceptional -- responsive, organized, and clearly invested in the quality of the work. He kept the job moving at a surprisingly fast pace and promptly resolved issues as they arose. Pricing was competitive -- we got multiple estimates and Way To Go came in reasonable without cutting corners. You can see it in the finish quality: the stonework is clean, the tile on the curved bench is precise, and the side yard pathway turned out better than we imagined. Our pool cleaner gave high praise on the resurfacing work when he arrived for the first cleaning! Highly recommend for anyone looking to transform their outdoor space -- quality work, fair pricing, and a timeline that'll surprise you.

The remodel included changing the old plaster to mini pebble, installing new tile, adding a new LED pool light, and doing the deco seal around the pool. The finish came out great and it completely refreshed the look of the pool. Once all the materials were ordered and ready, the actual work was completed in about a week, which I was really happy about. Tamir kept everything organized and the crew stayed on schedule. I also appreciated that he was able to accommodate a couple of last-minute additions I requested during the project and made sure everything was taken care of. The crew did solid work and the pool looks great now. I'm happy with how everything turned out and would recommend Way To Go Builders if you're planning a pool remodel.

I let him know what repairs others had recommended, and he confirmed that the seals and impeller needed to be replaced. However, he said the seal plate was fine, and did not need to be replaced at this time. I appreciated his honesty, as he could have charged us more for an unnecessary repair. While he was at our house, I also noted that one of the valves leaked when we ran the spa, and he quickly diagnosed and addressed the issue. Finally, after he left, I noticed that one of the connections (which he had removed to repair the pump and motor) was leaking. He ended up coming back multiple times to correct the problem (he ended up replacing a pinched o-ring), and he even checked in a few days later to ensure everything was working smoothly. Super nice guy, he was very knowledgeable (he mentioned having experience as a Pentair technician), and honest, and his pricing felt more than fair. While I hope we don't have any more issues with our pool or pool equipment, I would not hesitate to hire Marcus again in the future.
