After making the purchase, he handed me a piece of paper that said my alignment was currently all out of whack, which would make my tires wear unevenly and void the warranty I had just given him $150 for, unless I got it fixed immediately (but I had just given him all the money I had available). My tires were worn unevenly when I arrived because of a previous alignment issue, but I paid a shop to fix this last year (which I told him), so this was entirely unexpected. I would not have bought the warranty if I they had mentioned this before I gave them all my savings. I might not have even bought a whole new set of tires until I could have gotten the alignment fixed. I also didn't feel respected generally during my visit as a young woman. I fumbled very briefly (~5 seconds) connecting the pen magnetically back to the top of the keypad after signing something, and he took it out of my hand and did for me (rude, first of all) and said "it's a magnet." in what I felt was a very demeaning way. I've heard good things about this shop in general, but my experience with Colton felt very scammy and disrespectful.
