Called about a part that I was having a hard time getting.these guys not only had the part in stock it was $400 less then where I could get it... Put the part in the truck and it's back up and running...it was shipped to California in two days with excellent packaging and no damage on the part which was 7 feet long and was made of aluminum.. I like the fact that he was mobile but I didn't like the fact that he didn't let me know he had…read morearrived and had already started jacking my van up to replace my tire. I knew he was in route but he should have called, rang the door bell, or knocked on the door to introduce himself before starting the job. I heard noises so I went outside and I introduced myself to him. He told me the hole was in one place which turned out to be true but I initially told him the hole was in a different place which also turned out to be true which he finally agreed. He was diligent about trying to the old tires on my property but to no avail he did not fix my tire. I took it elsewhere. Thanks goes out to his efforts.
