I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early and checked in at 5 pm. No one provided me with an update or acknowledged that they were running behind. At 5:45, 30 minutes past my appointment, I told the employee that I checked in with that I would be leaving because they were 30 minutes behind. No apology, no attempt to keep a customer, no acknowledgment that they messed up. I will NEVER return here, and anytime someone asks about barber shops I know whose name to tell them to avoid like the plague. I wish I could rate it lower than 1 star.

Honestly, everyone there has always been great and given me a good haircut. The service is 10/10 and just a good vibe overall.
