Despite showing up on time, tipping, and maintaining positive interactions at every visit, I was abruptly told that I should no longer return because I was "not a good fit." No explanation was given, and there was no effort to discuss the situation or retain my business. Ending a long-term customer relationship without notice or clarification is unprofessional and creates unnecessary confusion. Basic communication would have gone a long way toward handling this appropriately. I am leaving this review so others are aware and can make an informed decision. Transparency and customer service is something this business needs significantly improvement.

I was told that I could make an appointment or just go as a walk-in, which I did. Wasn't far from my home and was pretty easy to find. My barber ended up being Dave and couldn't have asked for a more polite and courteous person. Explained what I wanted and what I like and was perfectly understood, which can be hard in some places. Dave explained the services with the beard including the straight razor and hot towel treatment. I was extremely happy with my haircut and felt good about going to an interview.
