She said it was okay and advised me to fax the form. I did and I was still charged taxes. Unacceptable I use this form all the time with reputable companies. This is not rocket science. I called and she sounds frantic out of breath and asked that I fax the form again. Really? I'm disputing the charges with my business manager and calling the corporate office immediately. I just purchased over $300 worth of arrangements are you serious! They get one star...yes one. The arrangements were beautiful, however the driver unapologetically arrived late. No apologies for the delay. Nothing. We're done. I will never ever do business with this location again. Seriously call another franchise, the staff is lacking in credibility and professionalism.

The employee working in the store that day took time to answer my questions and offer some product recommendations. The prices here are perhaps a little steeper than you might find at a large retailer, but it's that personal touch and eclectic selection of luxury goods that make it worth the price jump. Upon deciding on something to buy, the employee took time to carefully wrap the purchase in a gift bag, even removing the price sticker since I mentioned it was a gift. The paint section, for instance, was all but non-existent, with some paint being dried up and their containers shrunk and shriveled from age and exposure to the solvents within them. The owner/salesman was horribly disrespectful to him. They had an oil-free air compressor there, but it looked like it had been sitting on the shelf since the late 80s (and still full price!) So, unless they plan on surviving on their train section, I'm not sure what their game plan is. But based on the way they treated my son, that's not really my concern. Would not recommend.
