But we ALWAYS have the best time! The staff is amazing we have been checked in by a few different people and they are always so friendly (Ayla was super kind when we were last in). We usually order a little something to eat and every time that has been really good too! The food server ( Mickie speight) was super attentive too and she was pretty busy with a lot of other lanes but made it back to check on us a few times. Today we went in and the gal checking us in ( didnt get her name:( )- was so kind and trying to explain something we did not see on line. We did end up having to pay a little extra $2 extra per person per game ="special bowling experience/lanes" but it ended up being a BLAST for the kids- we may NEVER go back to "regular" lanes . The manager Casey was very personable and helpful as well. He even came around to check on all of us to make sure everyone was ok and if we needed anything. So many places are having a difficult time hiring good workers and I think thats because they are employed at STARS AND STRIKES!

Our lane broke and we waited for it to work for about 10 minutes before asking for help once we asked for help it took them way too long to come over. Once the worker came to fix it he looked annoyed to do his job, it took overall twenty minutes or longer to get our lane fixed, while it was broken the lane gave one of us a strike despite no pins being hit. While sitting and waiting for assistance there was another person near out tabel vaping inside around kids and other guests. Honestly not worth anyone's time and I'm extremely dissatisfied. The only positive was the food was good but not worth the wait.

There is a huge variety of things to do from the playplace to the rotating bumper cars, several climbing walls, rope course, laser tag and virtual reality.
