From taking my request in music to help relax me to accommodating my busy schedule for appointments. Dr. Kaur and the entire staff are incredible. This past year I've had quite the ordeal with my front teeth, as past trauma left them in need of a double root canal and crowns. This process was not an easy one, but Dr. Kaur answered all of my questions and guided me through--often checking in regularly. As well, the entire staff eased my worry and worked above and beyond (often on days off/lunch hours) to make sure I had proper-looking crowns I was comfortable with. My mom started going here and right away I liked their service and how kind and attentive staff was. I recently started going there and have enjoyed going there. The staff is so, so, so friendly and kind. From the dentist, to the hygienist, to the front desk, everyone was so sweet and welcoming. On top of that, the office is gorgeous. It's clean, sterile and very well kept with advanced technology which was nice. I only had a cleaning and exam done for my first visit and the hygienist, Taylor, was so friendly, gentle (but very thorough), accommodating and attentive. Wonderful experience :) My husband and I just switched over to this office since we live in Ripon and we are so very happy we did! Very friendly staff! Very clean office, loved the atmosphere, the treatment room had a very calm feel with a candle burning and calming music, which I think is a great idea because of anxious patients! Ripon Dental has the most friendly staff of all dental offices I have visited. Additionally, they are always professional and cheerful. I think they have all state-of-the-art equipment. I went to my first appointment today, the service is excellent, they made me feel like I went there forever. From the moment I arrived they were really attentive, they also have great technology devices for x-ray.
