[[HIGHLIGHT]]Lovely dental office. Front desk ladies are very warm and welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All of the dental hygienists have been very kind and thorough. We bring our kids here and they do a good job at making them feel comfortable even when they're getting shots in their mouth. Went in for a cleaning. There were no issues with this process, except at the end I had to schedule a follow up for the next one. I didn't know what my schedule would be so I couldn't commit at the time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Weeks later I start getting texts about an upcoming cleaning appointment on my wife's birthday.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called (after hours) and left a message informing them I couldn't make that. The date passes and then I get a bill for 50 bucks! It was for missing an appointment[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called and spoke to a receptionist who claimed I would have had to make this appointment (I would not make an appointment on my wife's birthday!) and also said they couldn't find a message with me saying I wanted to cancel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They were not reasonable about this situation at all and their compromise was to only charge me 23 bucks. If I don't pay this it will go to collections so I guess I have no choice but to give them money for no reason. I hope the 23 bucks was worth losing a patient. read more

Update. It's been a while but Dr Kaur replaced herself with Dr K Kaur. Worst ever. She would not replace a broken veneer, told me I need a root canal that I didn't and totally dismissed me after finding out I use CBD. They pulled teeth and never scheduled the implants because they didn't know how to do them!!!!! I blame Dr. K Kaur for the extra expense I've had to go through to get my teeth repaired and the implants. Do not go to this woman. This is my first time coming to this place and I felt completely unwelcome, I patiently waited in they're waiting room to simply ask a question that may have took a few seconds of their time to figure out if my insurance was taken here and the lady kept asking me to sit down as if I can't choose to just stand up and wait. This is the closest dentist to my place of business. I thought it would be the perfect place for me but I guess they don't want my business and that's fine. read more

I rarely write reviews about an experience, positive or negative. After my 1st visit with Ripon Dental I felt that they deserved this review-- 5 Stars. We moved locally from outside of the Central Valley, right before the quarantine so we did not have a chance to find a local dentist. I received an ad for Ripon Dental and thought I'd give them a try. They exceeded all of my expectation. With the concern of COVID-19 and uncertainty of precautions being in place to protect the patient, I can tell you I was made to feel quite comfortable with their process before any of the appointment began. From the beginning the entire staff was kind, considerate, polite and informative. My evaluation, X-rays and cleaning were all done with my comfort in mind. The entire office is well decorated with the examination rooms clean and well up-to-date. They even have TV's in front of the exam chairs. I left Ripon Dental feeling like a guest rather than a patient and they were great hosts. Based on my experience I have now scheduled appointments for my two daughters.
