Had a very good experience here today with a cavity filling. I was definitely numbed, and Dr. Hallstead was funny and he did a great job repairing my tooth! My mouth feels great again, and I can safely say that they took really good care of me. Will be going back, for sure! read more

I've been here for almost 15 years. Under this new management and dentist it's been a headache. The hygienist are amazing everything else definitely needs improvement. It took a while to get me in the office because the receptionist didn't keep my appointment. Doctor never told me about my retreat root canal until a hygienist told me a year ago that I've been having an infection for the past 3 years. Absurd. I went forward with the retreat root canal & had a crown done (twice) and I immediately changed dentist. Worst experience under the new dentist and new receptionists. read more

Used to be a good dental office, but since the brother took over things have gone hill fast. My wife went in there recently to get her teeth cleaned and was told everything was good. Some new dentist came in and began prying my wifes bridge off to the point that it is now loose and they have to replace it. Yeah, cost us over $4000! I'm getting an attorney. Be aware of the charges!!! I paid everything in full when the work was completed. then months later I got a bill for over $500. I paid them over the phone and asked for a receipt before I hung up the phone then i was told I owe more money. What does it sound like to you? Unprofessional!!! They just take money from patients. Came and check out the place and become a client because of their good review. Had my teeth check up, suddenly one of the Dr. Assessment for my tooth has to be done before it gives problem later on, I specifically told them check with insurance first. What they do is that they do the procedure first and bill your insurance. If insurance doesn't cover they will call you in between the works and have you pay out of pocket!!! My case wasn't emergency and it could've been waited until the insurance covers for it. Be careful to this clinic! Scary and they don't care! read more

If you get really bad anxiety like me when it comes to going to the dentist, this is the perfect place to go. I'm so picky, I wasn't about to go just anywhere. I wanted to go somewhere that everyone else has had nothing but good experiences. The office is really nice and clean, and the ladies at the front desk are very welcoming. Being the chicken that I am, I was about near having a panic attack when I sat down in the dentist chair, but by the time I was done with my cleaning and exam I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The staff here is just amazing. I think Vanessa was the lady who initially helped me out and took all my xrays - she was the best! And then I met Dr. Rodig himself and he was so friendly! The hygienist who cleaned my teeth I believe was Annie and she was so kind and informative. I've never been to a dentist that's so thorough with their work and completely understanding of nervousness/anxiety. One of my old metal filings fell out and I was really in a pickle. I called Vintage Dental and they were able to work me in the next day. The receptionist Grace was super friendly and was very clear about what to expect in this new COVID world. When I got there, the entire staff was extremely polite and efficient. The dentist that worked on me was very skilled. I did not feel the numbing shot at all and he fixed my filling in record time! Instead of having me come back for X-rays, they worked me in that day since I was already there, saving me another trip! Highly recommend! read more

They have fun raffles in the office and if you ever need any major dental work they will work out a payment plan with you. This isn't my primary dentist but I came to them because of their high reviews and because of the cosmetic dentistry. Since day one, they've been great. Today I had a visit and it was only my 3rd time here and they let me know the doctor was running a bit behind but would be with me shortly. Not only did they communicate with me about that, but also gave me a Starbucks gift card for my patience! I thought that was pretty nice and also going out of there way for their customers. I have hated going to the dentist for any reason all my life, Until now. I had never had a totally pain free dental experience. I have to tell you they way they did everything, I didnt even feel the numbing shots. They even made the crown while I was in the chair and had it on and fixed before I left that day. Dr. Rick Rodig is one of the best dentist I have yet come across, I have been going there for a few years and he definitely takes care of his patients. He actually started me off on invisalign which are invisible braces. Although, it's a long process and you have to have a lot of patience I was determined to have amazing teeth, he definitely helped me along the way. If I'm going to pay over 3,000 for something I'm going to be very picky about what I want. We had to send impressions of my teeth a few times to the invisalign company and he never made me feel like I was being an obnoxious needy patient. If he noticed something wrong with the invisalign he would mention it never rushed my process. Now the staff, is just as great. They're always so welcoming and friendly they remember you, and make you feel like family. I have nothing but great things to say about vintage dental, dr. Rodig and his staff. I first went to Vintage Dental for a consultation for some bridge work I had gotten done elsewhere that was giving me pain. They were very nice and explained everything to me as they went along. They made me feel like I mattered so I went back to them after I was awarded money back for the substandard job the first dentist did. I had developed a fear of dental work after my last episode but they were so gentile and caring always and made sure I was comfortable always . Do you love going to the dentist? No? Oddly enough, neither do I. The good news is that the folks at Vintage Dental are the best! Dr. Rick Rodig gives the best shots! I honestly could not feel them. His approach is very different from any dentist I've ever been to. And way more successful. Here's something else that's different... Even though the office seems very busy I was never left alone in the room. Every other dentist I've been to left me alone in the room while my mouth got numb after the shots. I LOVE that extra little personal attention. Seriously, it's just no fun to have to go to the dentist. But if you HAVE to, isn't it a good idea to go where they truly seem to care about you as a person? Oh, and he did not try to talk me into spending a lot of money I don't have.
