I absolutely love this gym and the coaches. The workouts are insane and I would burn between 400 - 600 calories per class (Per my Fitbit and per my age, sex, and weight). The coaches are super supportive and encourage you to push a little bit harder than you normally would. I'm also a little biased because I met the love of my life at this gym. (Thank you ILKB!) My honey and I had to leave the gym because our financial goals required more cost savings. We always talk about going back when our income improves. I took a free trial class tonight and this was the least clean gym I've been to in trying 10+ group fitness classes this season. Cleanliness wise - they are not requiring any masks anywhere in the facility, even for staff sitting at the front desk or when customers walk in. This was described to me as "its up to you" to wear one or not, but clearly they do not care. There was no symptom or temperature check at all, and I did not see any cleaning products or sanitizer anywhere. The bathroom is dirty and appears to be half finished, with toilet paper sitting on a dirty counter. The carpets are stained and it smelled like a 90s gym. You have to be barefoot and my feet were caked in black after class - absolutely disgusting. The front desk person (I think?) spent most of class talking to someone else right up close without a mask and seemed annoyed with having to help me put on wraps. The workout itself was okay - I wore a mask the entire time and kept to myself away from others, but there was little variety and lots of the same ab exercises over and over again. Screamo rock music isn't my thing either. The instructor did not provide corrections on form and went around trying to keep people distant by moving the bags, but there wasn't much point. I will not be back.

People there are friendly and welcoming but still serious about getting better, they take their training seriously but it's a relaxed vibe. The instructors are wonderful, very professional yet personable. High level techniques being shared here. With soo much experience on the mats you have lots of different Jiu-Jitsu styles to choose from. The amenities are exceptional. Nice clean bathrooms, changing rooms and showers. The front desk people are always smiling and helpful when you come in the door. While I haven't gotten to train the striking classes as I primarily train Jiu-Jitsu , they look like a lot of fun and they are training very hard with solid technique. They have lots of quality mat spaces for grappling and striking as well as workout equipment. There are many classes for people to choose from. Giving the most flexibility I have ever seen at a gym. Add in the elevation and the location of a beautiful mountain city, this is one of the best places to train in the country. I highly recommend the gym.

Bought a Groupon for 10 Classes, first I tried…read morecalling multiple times to see if I needed to sign up for a class but no one answered so I just drove over before a class started only to be told I had to schedule a one on one first and was turned away. Which ok fine....BUT then after you finish your one on one is when the EXTREME sales pitch starts, I specifically told them I wanted to try the 10 classes because there was only 1 class time I could make and wanted to see if it was possible for me to get up that early multiple times a week. Instead I was pushed and pushed into a membership....and of course only ever made it to like 3 classes. And I might add that those situations make me very uncomfortable and give me terrible anxiety so I just always give in. I instantly regretted signing up for any kind of membership before even getting to try out a real class. FAST FORWARD.... I asked to cancel because I just couldn't make it or afford it they make it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel. I had wrote them saying I could not afford it and they come back with ok pay $50 dollars more than you can already not afford and by the way we need 30 days notice so we are going to charge your account again for the $150 membership you don't ever use! All in all there are much CHEAPER gyms out there with TONS of classes and ZERO pushy sale pitches! Save your money and don't get tricked with the "good deal" they try to offer you!
