Sad to give this place a bad review but despite the good beer, unique concept of having food trucks and having nice owners who's stopped by and chatted with us for a while.... There was a terrible breakdown in service that I really hope they fix. The "waitress" completely skipped our table on a less than crowded night at least 4 times and we had to get our own drinks from the bar the whole night. Would have liked to have stayed longer too but was in disbelief at how awful this service really was. I hope this catches someone's attention because I really want to like this place! read more

We stopped by this afternoon to try a local brewery while here in Naples for the week. My boyfriend and I each got a flight (only $10!) to sample a variety of the brews. The bartender was extremely helpful and friendly. She offered us samples and helped guide us through the menu. The beers themselves were excellent. Great variety! Three stars for beer, one star for overall guest experience. Incredibly rude, painfully slow service. Note to management, Misty (dark red hair, coral yoga pants) is doing your establishment no favors. Seemed to be the only bartender at one point, and repeatedly told everyone around us, direct quote - "Jesus H. Christ, I only have 2 hands!" The man next to me asked about the Porter, and was told "I have no idea, it's been on tap for a week. You want one or not?" Not knowledgeable, or nice. Apparently dogs are welcomed in as well, and two started fighting. Beer was alright, but you can't create your own flight unless you want all guest taps. Either option A or B, no exceptions, as I was told. With many new craft breweries and craft beer bars available in the area, do yourself a favor and head to a spot where your business might be better appreciated. read more

This is my first time coming to Riptide Brewing Co. and have never written a Yelp review but felt compelled to let others know what a great craft brewery this is. The vibe is a combination of a local craft brewery with a coastal, surfer feel. The music is on point too. My friends tried two different beer flights and found they offer a wide range of delicious IPAs, blonde ales, Amber ales, along with some specialty drinks such as a beer that has a chocolate espresso twist. There is something here for everyone and I'm confident you will be pleasantly surprised. read more

Awesome brewery!!! Great addition to Naples, wish it had been here years ago. A combination of the high quality beer from my favorite breweries in Virginia and the beach vibe of my home town. Wish I could take Riptide with me to any city I live in! Good beer, food truck that people rave about, and corn hole and jenga in their spacious back patio. Only suggestions would be to help make the patio feel less like a fenced in alley way and add more corn hole and lights. I'll definitely be back though! read more

In this location, Riptide is the perfect size to hang out and feel comfortable as though you are in your best friend's living room. Riptide has a small variety of beers and a couple guest taps on as well. The establishment is very clean with beautiful decor. The bar looks like one solid piece of wood made from Japanese traditional carpentry (no screws, nails, or glue). They offer table games in the front and corn hole out back. We've been living in Naples now for two years. We are not snowbirds and stay in Naples all year. When Riptide opened we were cautiously optimistic. We love brewpubs and microbreweries but were skeptical that the Naples market, and more specifically the Naples demographics, would support such a business. We have been pleasantly surprised each time we've been to Riptide. It's nice to see a younger crowd in downtown Naples even though we are in our 50s. The beer selection is good and the service has been friendly. Sometimes there may be only one bartender working. When that is the case we have no problem waiting a few minutes and walking to the bar to place our order. I like the ability to bring in your own food or order from the food trucks. It is the best of both worlds. Bring in affordable food and drink some good beer at a decent price. We were last at Riptide on a Friday night. The live band was excellent. No cover charge and the crowd kept growing as the night wore on. If you want a little more relaxed atmosphere than 5th Avenue in Naples, head to Riptide. Chris read more

Great place for a drink! Swung by Riptide to try their craft beers after devouring a few burgers up the street! It was very slow inside (as it was a Wednesday around 2), but the atmosphere looked like it would be a good hangout spot for the weekends. Stopped in on a Friday afternoon (1/12/18). It doesn't matter how good the beer is or how great of a setting, when the bartender is rude, we will not go back. Not sure what Eliza C. (name on receipt) had a problem with. The bar had about 4 groups of two, and there was a table outside of 4 people so I assumed she wasn't overwhelmed with servicing. We went here on an afternoon so it was not crowded but looked like a fun place for young people. The beers were very good and LESS money than the Tavern that doesn't even have decent beer!! A few wines and champagnes are offered if you don't like beer. Our only complaint was the super grumpy girl working the bar. She has no business working where people are USUALLY friendly!! No eye contact and 1-2 word answers to questions about the beers. If it hadn't been for her I'd given 5 stars!! Not only do they have 8 beers of their own on tap (and room for more) but they also feature some guest taps from other FL breweries. Great for all ages (even our 1 year old son). A long needed addition to the Naples nightlife scene. Great feel, and they couldn't do more with the space if they tried. They have board games, usually a live band, trivia on Tuesday nights, cornhole and Jenga in the back, and a wide assortment of beers. Beers range from light blondes to very dark IPAs. I haven't found a beer that was my favorite yet, but I think it might be there somewhere. This place is great, and I think over time it can improve even more. It gets really crowded, but that's more on the space than anything (maybe they'll eventually expand into the adjacent building, which would be a great move). Don't expect to eat here, and you will need to order from the bar so don't wait for service. Happy this place is here and I look forward to many more events there in the near future. They've already started doing community events and fundraisers, now I'd like to see them do events like special beers on tap and glass giveaways. read more

It's just another bar that doesn't understand basic acoustics. Add a few people, get the jukebox or live musician going and you might as well forget conversation. Between the floor, the windows and the ceiling, there is NOWHERE for sound to go. When the Jenga tower collapsed, it may as well been a fire alarm going off. This is not difficult people....spend a little money to deaden sound. There are solutions out there. Other than that, they have a good beer selection and friendly staff. No in-house food for code reasons. They probably could (and should) sell pre-packaged snack foods. (chips, etc.) I'll go back again....with earplugs. read more
